The food isnt bad, Id say its average. Im rating this place two stars due to the fact of customer service. I placed an order and asked about their crab rangoo, then asked how much comes with it. The lady answered "10" which is fine but I personally dont need that much so I asked if they could do a smaller order. She replied with "no smaller" I nicely asked why they dont smaller amounts and literally she said "smaller order" and laughed right in my face. So I went to ask again and she pretended to pick up the phone as of she had a phonecall. I stood there for moment astonished that she laughed in my face to a simple question an to top it off when she pretended to have a phone call she didnt even say a word while holding the phone in here hand. Handed me my recepit, I signed and turned to walk out at this point I still heard no conversation going on through the phone so I glanced back as I was opening the door to leave and she hangs up the phone. How incredible rude. Laugh at a customers face then pretend to have a phonecall to avoid my question? I wasnt rude at any point so for the lady at the register to put on a charade is just bad customer service.

My family and I order from here on a semi-regular basis. The food isnt the same quality that you can find in New York City, but it is good. The price is just right and whether you get take out or delivery, the service is always fast and friendly.
