Chained restaurant. Never had any problems with them. I was disappointed over couple of items they dont serve anymore or it was only limited time offer. From hostess to our server was friendly. Great food and drinks came fast. Steak cooked too my liking. Salmon, shrimp and lobsters tails were fresh, Not frozen. We where so full, we didnt have any room for dessert! Very clean restaurant area and bathroom!

I have twice ordered takeout from this Outback and I really should have known better after the first time. The food always turns out right but its not fast and you usually have to go inside to get someones attention. Once inside it took at least 2 minutes before they could locate the person running the takeout so I could pay and leave. Ill be getting my to-go orders elsewhere.

I have to admit, I had swore off Outback. My experience in Newington had me label all of them pretty negatively. However, my mother dragged me here. In the end, they redeemed themselves. Here, in Shelton. Everything we ordered was excellent. Nothing took too long to arrive. And we were a large party of 8. So kudos Outback, I might be back.

The worst outback I have ever been to and I have been to many around the country. Worst fattiest ny strip I have ever had. The sweet potatoes had no flavor at all. Garlic mashed potatoes were watery. I wasnt able to even eat my meal it was so horrible. I will not go back to this location ever. Maybe fancy outback all together.

I went on a Saturday the manager was nice the waitress was nice but overly talkative... I ordered the chicken parm I felt a bone in my mouth but it was actually piece of a cleaning brush was in my food. The manager said he would get new supplies and paid for my meal. Ill never go back !

I ordered the Classic Tenderloin Chopped Steak and it was too salty. Honestly it was like eating meatloaf and it was covered with Mushrooms and onions over the Mashed potatoes. Because it was salty it ruined the entire meal. Service was good though.

I feel like the quality and value at outback have gone down over the years (not just this location). Though I prefer the atmosphere of Outback, the steaks and value are much better at Texas Roadhouse (even though its tacky and the music is annoying).

With places like this you get what you paid for. Ordered the filet and lobster tail for 30 bucks. Although both tasted really good, the portion was so small I could have ordered two. My wifes meal came out cool so she wasnt gappy.

Not a bad Outback location. Food is pretty consistently good and the service is too. We got pickup from there once and they skimped out on the dip we ordered, but when we went back they comped our whole meal!

The staff here is super friendly and will bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy yourself here. Marissa, Asher, Liz, Katie and Jason are some of the best staff anywhere. I love this place.
