We were driving from New Mexico through pueblo, and stopped in here randomly for a bite to eat. We assumed that we were going into a dive but as we walked in we realized how mistaken we were. The decorations and atmosphere were like something Id find in Denver maybe better, and when we started looking at other peoples plates we realized that this could be good. I was worried that the price would be outrageous at the end. We got a few rolls with soup and salad for both of us (complimentary). It was excellent quality, second best in my life, but the bill was only 30 bucks! Service was typical for this region of the US. I looked over it to see if we got a lucky break but it was all correct! I was so pleased I got two more rolls for the road. If you are ever in pueblo (or just driving through) you wont have much to lose by trying this place. I highly recommend it.

I usually come here every two weeks to have a nice family dinner, however, my most recent visit has left me extremely upset and disgusted. While eating, the waitress visited our table a total of two times. The first to get us drinks and the second to give us food. Then, I saw the waiters and waitresses casually putting on lotion and cologne in the area where they grab drinks. I was appalled to have witnessed this. The food is great, but the service and hygiene of the servers was not worth it.

They have incorrect service times posted on their website. I drove across town, only to be refused service with them saying that they had stopped taking customers due to it being slow that night. I drove there the next day with a friend that was visiting out of town to find out that they do not offer the sushi buffet. I was informed that the owner does in fact know about the inaccuracies on their website. I walked out and was done having them waste my time.

Every time I go in I feel welcomed! I love the atmosphere and the sushi chef is very polite along with his wait staff! I go in around 3-5 so I can get the special on the rolls buy 2 get one free and change! And the best part is you can even order to go! If you are on a short lunch break! The sushi chef is quite fast! And you will be out the door with your fresh food in no time at all!

My wife and myself at one time loved this restaurant. Sadly the food quality has taken a disappointing turn for the worst. The beef is hamburger at its best. The bento dish has eliminated many of the items that made it so appealing. The service is very hit and miss. I hope Sushi Garden returns to the way it was just months ago but with todays economy I dont see that happening.

Please ask for your meal from these great people. Im sick. And allergic to everything. And the chef comes out and makes sure hes got my weird order correct EVERY SINGLE TIME. Thenwait staff is priceless. The ambieance is quiet and my service dog just thinks its nap time when we go there. Youll be missing out if you dont go chow down and meet them.

Food is always really good, but the service is usually hit or miss. Last time I went with my family we sat at our table for an hour with no sign of our waitress. Had to flag down another worker to get refills and check the status of our meal.

I cant say this is the best sushi in Pueblo because there are other places Ive yet to try. My wife and I love the Sushi Garden for its ambiance and amazing food. So far theres been no need to go anywhere else.
