Terrible service. I have eaten at the Arizona locations many times and Kabuki has always been a fav of mine. I was excited for this location to open and quickly disappointed. The service at the new Dallas location was horrible, it took forever just to get water let alone order. Food wasnt even brought out that was ordered, I had to ask another server. Food didnt have the same great taste Im used to like the other Kabuki locations. I doubt I will recommend this location to anyone in the future. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had the steak and chicken teriyaki. It was ok. Steak was better than the chicken. The chicken seemed a bit under done in a couple of spots and wasnt the best quality. I was expecting when we walked in and from the online description that every thing wold be cooked tableside. It isnt. One of us had sushi which was fine. The other had ramen and said the ramen was better at our usual ramen place. Service was ok tho it took a bit to get silverware. All in all, it was ok but I dont plan to go back.

Huge menu with tons of variety. The food was tasty. We started with the sashimi salad which was a good portion at a reasonable price. Most entrees came with salad, soup, and rice so the food was abundant. The prices on the lunch menu look like a bargain at around $10 so I will be back to grab a lunch special for sure (bonus is that they serve lunch daily until 4pm). They also have happy hour and reverse happy hours on most days of the week. The service was very attentive and friendly.

I came for lunch and they have a great lunch menu. Which includes a soup and salad as well as tempura shrimp and veggies/sushi in a cool bento box. Hard to ask for more in a lunch. The chicken teriyaki was not as good as the beef but the beef made up for it. I ordered it medium and it was perfect. Service was excellent as well had a great experience here with manager asking us if everything was okay and server checking in on us multiple times.

Probably the worst service Ive ever had at a sushi restaurant. The sushi was nothing special. Emailed their California headquarters explaining in detail how the server not only brought us the wrong food, and tried, initially, to tell us it was right. He also delivered the wrong food to the table next to us. This was at lunch when there were only 8 diners in the whole restaurant. Never got a reply from my email.

One of the best japanese restaurant in Dallas area! The food is delicious and the fish always fresh! They have good service. Their menu has many options of japanese food! I highly recommend this restaurant! I love this place! The atmosphere of the restaurant is really good!

Service is horrible and food is sub-par. The chicken teriyaki is made with dark meat and is fatty. Tempura is limp and flavorless. If you are on a strictly timed lunch, consider going elsewhere.

The poke bowl is great! The amount of wasabi is just so right, not too small not too much. I order the tuna one, the tuna is fresh and tender. I definitely gonna come back.
