I took my family there for an early dinner. The place was pretty much empty when we arrived and when we left. I took off my designer eye glasses and set them on the table. Because I was not driving, I forgot them. I kept calling shortly thereafter and was given the run around for 2 days - then they were closed on Sunday. Even though I had given them my phone, I never received a courtesy call back. So again, I called on Monday only to be told they DID NOT have my glasses. To that I say bull pucky! They tried to convince me that a customer probably took them - yea right -- try the waitress - cousin of the owners. I found them to be extemely dishonest and unappreciative of their customers. What restaurant would even suggest that one of their customers stole anothers belongings!! Talk about uneducated morons...terriible customer service. I will never go back to that place.

My husband EJ introduced me to this "hole in the wall" and I absolutely love the food and the atmosphere here. Dont let the location fool you - because the Japanese food is great! I appreciate the fact that ths food is made fresh (comes out hot every time we go) and isnt overly battered or fried or drenched in sauce. You can really taste the food. The sauces are homemade and my favorite is the sweet and sour sauce. <3 Most importantly the food is very affordable. You can get a great quality lunch special for under $10. As for the staff they are very personable, laid back, and are great servers. They arent just there to serve - but will strike up a conversation with you and make you feel like you are at home. Thanks for the great experience!

I went there for lunch. I arrived just after they opened and there were very few customers. Once I arrived I immediately ordered a lunch special, and it took nearly an hour to be served. I was put on the same table as total strangers. They arrived after me, but received faster service than me. This restaurant is slow and inefficient. The food is overrated and overpriced. The worst part is that it is so greasy and smoky; you come away with smelly cloths and hair. The food is reasonably good but overpriced. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is dark and grimy.

I attempted to call ahead to place my order at about 7pm. I was immediately placed on hold. I stayed on hold for 15 minutes as I drove to the restaurant. I walked in with the call still going. There were few people in the restaurant. I explained that I attempted to call ahead and have been on hold the entire time...they acted as if the didnt care and never acknowledged the situation. Wont be going back.

I like this place...my boss took me there about 7yrs ago and I love it...inexpensive, fresh food and the servers leave you alone to enjoy. Its anoying when they are always asking "anything else." My food comes fast and always taste good and they have not messed up my order yet...I brought my girlfriends and they all love it also. Yaki sauce thick not watered down.. servers and owner friendly.

Brought our service dog in with us and aost instantly got questioned if our dog was a service dog. We politely said yes and while the server was taking our menus he put the menus in my dogs face to see if he would bite but he did to see from what he said to see if he likes food. After that I told my girlfriend to put the dog in the car because we soon realized our dog was not welcomed.

American-style Yakitori. Despite the food not being traditionally prepared, the casual food was satisfying. The large amount of fried foods (rather than grilled) on the menu, means that I cant make a regular habit of coming here (this isnt a lean calorie place). But when you are really hungry, and want to splurge on a big plate of good fried food, this is a good spot to know.

This used to be my favorite lunch spot with my family for years. The last couple of time I have gotten take out for myself, I always get the same thing, and it has not been as pleasant as it is when Riley is around and taking my order. Sadly I will not be returning untill Riley can take my order, he knows my family and I and he knows what we like.

Delicious! Best Yakatori spot in town. Ive been going here for over a decade and I can say I have never had one complaint. They food is great and priced right. The service is quick and friendly. Keep doing what youre doing! The owners make it easy to support local business.

Weve eaten here for years. The food is amazing and the prices are great!! The staff is friendly and personable. Love the remodeled bathroom. I wish they would go non gmo and organic with all of their food. Theyd be one of a kind Asian cuisine at that point.

This Yakitori has been around for ever. The service is friendly. The prices are great. Try the Yakitori and Tatsuta (sp?) special. Chicken kabobs and fried bits of beef. Their onion rings are fantastic. They got voted best rings in town a few years back.

If your hours are posted to close at 8 and you have a customer call for a pick up order at 7:30 its pretty rude to pick up your phone and just say "were closed" Change your posted hours!
