This unprofessional, unfriendly, rude ass customer service, and unconcerned Management business corporation needs to be inspected. I ate here tonight about 6:30pm although it was busy, that doesnt give them a right to lack good service. Im not only talking about there food, its the horrible workers. I brought this to one of the top employes attention and he bluntly told me, " wow, this is the first time I ever heard this. Everybody enjoys our service. I will talk to the managers about this." Nobody in this business seemed to care about the customers need or wants in this restraunt, all they care about is the money. I will never eat there food ever again because I ordered a fresh pizza cause the ones out on the bar was all dry and the cooks couldnt even cook my pizza correctly. It was cold in the middle and soggy. And let me also add in that my plate had food items I didnt order on my pizza. Halepenos on a meat lovers pizza? Come on now. Those workers really need to improve on there customer service skills and probably actually start caring and doing there job correctly. So my recommendation to yall is to not eat here ever cause its a horrible experience and a waste of your money. If you do go here though, remember that I told you about there deserts they tasted like raw eggs!

My boyfriend and I visited this location yesterday at about noon and it was a complete sh** show. The tables were all very sticky and obviously dirty yet a girl was walking around with a rag looking bored. When we asked her to clean a table for us she said that she just cleaned all of them?? Disgusting! After waiting in a huge line of customers and their twelve kids each, we finally got to the pizza... except there wasnt any. They had five available options for pizza and they were all pretty old looking. We sat back down and waited for some fresh pizza but as soon as any came out a single family would place every. single. slice onto their plates. So we stood at the pizza line for over ten minutes to have a chance at some food ($18 for 2 people and this is our service?) and when we finally did get some it was very mediocre. If the location hadnt been so busy and clearly packed with regulars who dont mind taking entire pizzas, maybe the experience wouldve been better. The pizza quality is 2/5 but the reason we wont be returning or recommending this location to ANYONE is because service, presentation, cleanliness, and quality were all nonexistent. Overall 0/5 stars.

Cicis is a budget pizza buffet. For $5, you get all you can eat pizza, pasta, and salad. The salad bar was surprisingly well stocked so dont automatically pass it by. Nobody touched the pasta while I was there. The main draw is of course the pizza. They always have a wide variety of pizzas out for you to take from. I would say there was about a dozen different kinds from standard pepperoni to more unusual choices like mexican pizza and mac and cheese pizza. Know that you arent getting real quality stuff here. For $5, you cant expect much. In truth, Cici pizza is below any take out chain. Even frozen pizzas are better. Still, its pizza and even when its bad, its pretty good. Very family friendly place with an arcade and cartoons on TV. There were kids running around everywhere. This place is where you take your large family to get stuffed for cheap. The rest of you should just stay home and get delivery.

Thats a negative 5! I went at 8pm on a saturday granted,but this was unacceptable.it was dirty,every single table was a mess n the busboy was moving slower than a snail.the cashier was rude,didnt greet us or say a word til i did.the pizzas all had just 2 old,cold pieces each,the salad bar ingredients were all mixed together n almost all dressings were empty,the servers were rude,NOBODY smiled or welcomed us,we had to clean off our own table,i had to special order our own pep pizza cuz nothing was on bar n it took 45mins to come out,n the bathrooms were disgusting!i will never EVER EVER eat here or reccomend to anyone.id rather starve! I give them -5 stars!

Pizza: meh. Quantity, not quality Atmosphere: ugh Chance of returning: 0% There were screaming kids everywhere. The ladies restroom was a mess. There was something spilled on the floor in the hallway going to the restrooms. There were two LITTLE kids unattended in the game room, climbing all over the Batman game, and the little boy wouldnt move to let my grandson play. He was maybe a year old. Then he wanted me to give him money. I had told one girl who seemed to be in charge about the kids. She went back there walked through, and did nothing. Nothing. So, one star for the pizza being edible.

This was one of my familys all time fav places to cheaply eat. Mondays kids eat for 1$. Unfortunately their is a newish district manager. She is an older heaver woman with a bad attitude by the name of Christina. She brings down the staff makes the customers feel unwelcome and very unhappy. A place that we have always felt was a great fun place for the kids is a place we will never eat at again. I feel sorry for the staff there no one should be afraid to go to work.

Love this place. Its cheap, the food is solid, and you can eat all you want. Staff is usually pretty awesome. One time my card got declined and I had no cash, and they let me eat for free, and wouldnt even take my money when I tried to pay them back the next time. Only downside is it can be crazy when theres a lot of kids running around so I try to go before the dinner rush hits.

I used to bring my children here, it was really good, but now they are skimming off the quality of the food... Try tomatoes on salad bar was slimmy and old.... Pizza had hardly any cheese or sauce.. Chicken tasted artificial... I feel it was cost effective... Kinda.... Maybe they were having a bad day...

It was are first time. Love the serve and good customer service. But this white lady trying get loud with us. For her kids were trying lie on my grandson. Last time we go there. Other than the dumb family we got into with the pizza didnt taste fresh all the food was dry.

Not worth the money. Every other time going here the service is terrible. I understand its a buffet but it could be a lot cleaner. The food was only warm and had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long. Does this place have any standards?

The food tasted as if it were made out of plastic, and off brand products, and the lady cleaning kept banging on the trash can behind us on purpose every 5 seconds, definitely wont be going there again! Although the sweet tea was good.

Service is fast here, just like its suppose to be for this type of location. The reason why they did not get 5 stars from is, because the selection of pizzas is not changed very often........barbecue pineapple?....but thats just me.

Pretty nice pizza buffet for a really good price. Their dessert pizza is one of my favorites and they also are willing to make specialty pizzas on demand! Definitely a nice little place for maybe say a college kid to come and feast
