Horrible service always at this place! Last straw was tonight, besides waiting in line for 20 minutes I had to proceed to wait on a turkey that was coming out of oven for my turkey market bowl and turkey carver sandwich. There was already a family waiting for some of the same turkey that I was, so they make my bowl set the bread to the side and continue to help the people behind me in line which the next gentleman ordered a turkey meal and proceeds around me to pay which now Im confused to why my sandwich hasnt been made. When the lady with the piercing in her nose comes back to my sandwich she says they are currently out of turkey!!! What!? Are you kidding me? How did the guy behind me get his turkey meal first before mine and when I ask the lady who obviously doenst know how to service the line in order says oh I dont know..... Stay away, its always a problem here, nobody ever knows whats going on which sucks cause food is decent.

This is the most unhygienic location that Boston market must have in Colorado. The employees hair is untamed and huge, their faces look greasy and all the hair sticks to their face, Ive seen a few of these kids without gloves, one picking out a wedgie before pulling something out of the oven, and the "manager" clueless.... This is not the first time, Im always so grossed out that end up walking out. In second place, they never have turkey, which is the ONLY good meat served in here. Chicken is too dry and meatloaf looks like cat food. Like an idiot I always walk in looking for turkey, and then say oh what the hell, Ill take blah blah.... then I see it.... the flicker!! That green sob wants to get out into my food so bad.... so Im like nope!! Nevermind! Ill get Chipotle or something!

The food was good and service was quick. Employees were impatient with my order (my first time there), since I was trying to figure out what they had. The employees were messing around a lot and joking loudly about how there was no manager and what they could get away with. Well, I Ill tell you the tables could have used some cleaning, the silverware was completely out. Also had to ask for napkins. They arent out. I decided not to bother looking at the restroom. Verdict is out whether well return to this Boston Market. The accompanying reviews say outlook not good. I also noticed that several of the 5 star reviews use identical language. Suspicious?

If Boston Market was a person I was have already got down on one knee and proposed. If she declined Id stalk and kidnap her tasty ass. If she said yes I would have proceeded to put a few kids in her. Our kids will probably come out delicious as I expected like the food so I would have probably been divorced and sent to jail for cannibalism. After I get out of jail Im gonna try and fix my relationship with Boston Market. Once we have a few more kids Im going to resort back to cannibalism. Boston Market you are so tasty and when I first meet you I knew it was love and cannibalism at first signt.

The food is always good but they are way under staffed and it takes forever to get food. This site ran so much better with no complaints when April was the manager. Something needs to change asap! I just waited there for 20 min in line and then get there to the counter to order and they tell me that theyre out of chicken that is something that should have been notified to people that were standing in line and it was going to be another 20 minutes before more chicken was ready. This Boston Market location has gone downhill and I dont know if I will ever go back.

Service has gone downhill in the past few months. Orders are incorrect when placed online and not ready at the promised pickup time. Ordered online and had to wait when I arrived because they "had a rush". Thats the point of using the online service--especially when I am on lunch break! Even in person, they have forgotten extra side items that I have paid for--then tell you that you can "get it next time you come". Yes, it gets busy, but slow down and pay attention to each customer that comes to your business.

Came in on a Thursday to place a catered order for Sunday, met with the manager Diane who said she would take care of it and it would be ready by 1. Guess what we show up and no one has any idea of what were talking about. I have guest arriving at 1. Im not there Im waiting for the order to be redone the discounted 20% promised is not kept so Im paying more than what was agreed upon. What a stressful joke.

Boston Market puts out tasty food, but this place is trouble. Two of the four times Ive been to this location I ended up sick. I wanted to give it another chance in case it was something else I had that day but the last time my insides where liquid for about a week. This location will not get another chance. The only good thing I can say about this location is that the staff is always pretty friendly.

They lack of customer service, arrived at the location at 7:45pm and the doors were locked we tried calling several times and no answer! We talked to a customer leaving and he informed us Boston Market ran out of food. Running out of food is not the problem it happens but the employees not answering the phone or opening the door is the problem to let customers know of the situation is the problem!

I love me some Boston Market! The food is always so delicious. The employees are helpful and so kind! Its always clean and comfortable. Sometimes the lines are long but its definitely worth the wait! If I come in later at night, they do run out of food. Which does stink but it means the food must be good and it gives me the excuse to try some of their other dishes! definitely a 4.4 out of 5!

They only have two people working. The restaurant was a mess they have a rug bundled up in the corner by the drink machine. They were out of meatloaf, crispy chicken and Turkey. Several people walked out. I am always nice to people and treat them with respect but the management needs to step in.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Tried out the oven fried chicken strips and was disappointed. It will be hard to control the crispy coating while keeping the chicken moist. Corn was old tasting. Rest of sides were fine. Next time will stick with their rotisserie chicken.

Second day in a row that Ive come to this restaurant and not actually eaten, yesterday there was 2 people working and a line of about 20, gave them 1t minutes and gave up. Today they are not open until 2, no reason...go to any other location, avoid tbis one.

They did "NOT" honor the discount special of two for $20.00. It is stiill on until February 29th, Ms. Manager. You also need more help, it took 20 minutes to get our food on Friday the 19th of February . The food was good.

Long line, only three employees working, poor service, and food was so cold the microwave didnt even help! Not worth the time spent in line. Over 12 people walked in saw the line and walked out?
