We have visited Five Guys for over 13 months at this location. It was exceptional the burgers were juicy and not overcooked, not to mention the fries are amazing and if you use the vinegar you will always want more. Then we visited the store with my family and we ordered our usual, the burgers were flat as cardboard, burnt with very crispy sections and the french fries had been sitting under the heat lamp and were quite lukewarm. Observing the staff nobody they were going thru the motions and I observed several other customers finsihing their fries and wrapping their burgers to dispose of. I hope the incident was a one time event. But I have chosen to visit Smashburger and have had no cardboard burgers at this point. This is just one experience but at 6 dollars a burger I think it is a valid one.

My husband and I had our night go really wrong with car trouble. We were starting to get really frustrated and hungry. We happen to stop in at this 5 guys around 9pm. The guys working there were so nice and asked how my night was going. I gave him a small rundown of our crazy night. He sincerely felt bad and said "your meal is on me tonight!" So awesome and sweet! He had me in tears with his kindness! I will always remember this night and how one simple act of kindness could turn our night around! Thank you so very much!

Simply the best hamburger I have ever had for the price you pay. And dont forget to order the French fries. But more importantly, it made my two children happy and they are usually very picky eaters. Now I have a simple restaurant where I can take my family and enjoy a good hamburger and nobody will complain if they are a little noisy and make a small mess.

If you want a pretty predictable burger or sandwich this is a good place to go. The food was ok. It didnt wow me, but it wasnt bad either. Fries were great tho. Loved those. Main issue with this restaurant I feel is the location itself. Its hard to navigate that parking lot and are. So take it slow and be careful of folks baking up to get out.

This place lives up to the hype. It is really a great burger, even better fries, and awesome drink selections. It can take some time to get your order, but that is how you know it is made fresh, and it is always served hot. You an also order online to pick up and eat in the restaurant or bring home, which is nice as well.

Loved their burger! So delicious and juicy. And soooo many fries. Another huge perk for me was the Coke Freestyle. Great experience. Took a bit of time but they make it fresh. Dining in was a bit chilly but everyone else I was dining with felt fine. Ill be back for sure

The food is... to.. die.. for.... so good anything you get. My only complaint is the cooks are banging on things constantly and screaming Spanish at the top of thier lungs... makes it hard to enjoy..... but still overall good experiance.

Good burgers, but it would be nice if they had more toppings like crispy onions, avocado, chilis, etc. A Medium fries was more than enough for 2 people. Good food, but I did feel like a minor heart attack after this meal ;-)

I feel like this location is as good as they always are: fresh burgers and fries dont get much better. When I went they had a super long line and I stayed in it since I could munch on nuts.

Bacon cheese dog with grilled onions and mushrooms. Dog was warmish and the mushrooms, bacon and onions were cold. For a $6 hotdog my expectations were definitely not met.
