When an individual is hungry, you will eat practically anything to satisfy your hunger. But when you enter a supposed to be restaurant, at least you should expect cleanliness, orderliness, and being courteous. When I visited this Waffle House (again) on February 24, 2015; I was shocked that instead of getting better and improved, the location seem to be stalling or going backwards. Waiting to be seated and looking around, I discovered (again) that a proper up keep is not being done at this location. The floors are filthy and not swept or maintained as a food serving place should. It was disgusting seeing this and I ended up not finishing my food, paid and walked out. I held off going to this location for several months before and since I was in the area that particular morning, I thought I can trying once more, but it was much worse. The average server, cook and other attendants do not have proper hygiene and restaurant etiquette. This organization need to actively look into correcting and training their personnel well. Your customers deserve a very clean environment, servers, cashiers, attendants, location, floors, etc. Your reputation and goodwill can be at stake. I am not disgruntled, but disappointed about a filthy crew threading on filthy floors and serving people. Bad business!!!!

Wish I could give NO stars because our meal yesterday wasnt worth the money we paid. We had to wait about 25 mins to be seated. The greeters were very friendly and nice.... They are the only ones nice and friendly. Our waitress Morcedess ... Spelling may be off but close : seemed mad at the world. After waiting to be seated I had to ask another hateful lady who our server was... She didnt have a name tag on... I see why... She was so rude I would think she wouldnt want any to know her name so they couldnt report her. She was very rude and nasty; made us feel bad that we even bothered to ask her a question. Then this hateful lady and our waitress were down at the end of the serving line getting our drinks whispering and looking at my family laughing and saying things. I will never step foot in here again. Management hopeful will see these reviews and make some changes. Those 2 definitely need new jobs as they are clearly miserable In theirs and making everyone they come in contact with miserable as well! Such a shame because we love Waffle House! Not this one! Stay away!!!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Waffle House and I have been to many throughout the south. Went there tonight for a late dinner and waited for 45 minutes for our food. Two other tables ordered at the same time as us and ate and left before we even started to get our meals. The manager told the server to give us two free waffles after waiting for 30 minutes. When we asked why it was taking so long the server said it was because of the "Wack ass cooks". The manager never once came to our table to apologize and actually yelled to us from across the restaurant when we asked why it would take 45 minutes for our food "thats why we gave you free waffles." We finally walked out after waiting for 45 minutes and never receiving our two meals. This store is a disgrace to the Waffle House name. Moving to CO from the south where Waffle House is awesome and the service is normally exceptional, the Waffle House on Mississippi in Aurora shouldnt be allowed to be in business. Dont waste your time or your money going there!!!

my husband and I went in there last night, and we couldve had seconds. The hash browns were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of ingredients that were ordered, and the sandwich was freaking delicious. I didnt get the name of the two cooks that night or our waitresses, but the service was amazing, she was attentive and sweet and each one of them asked how our meal was. it was nice going into somewhere where the employees take pride in the job they are set out to accomplish, yes its just the waffle house, but its rare to find good workers let alone young adults who take pride in their job ratherb at the end of the day its punching numbers or making smothered, covered and peppered hash browns. either way Friday evening September 18th was the best waffle house experience weve had there yet and weve been going to this one for damn near 10 years. we tipped our waitress AND the cooks that night to show or appreciation for a job well done.

Dont go on a late night Sunday (7/24/11). Had a terrible experience with my waiter named "Robert". There was a total of 6 people in the restaurant, 2 tables. Waited OVER 20 minutes to order food, I ended up telling the cook to start my order. My cup the milk was served in was absolutely filthy! Then, for 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, a small milk, and a grilled cheese sandwich I was charged $9 dollars which "Robert" could not explain. I tried to correct him with the menu and to which he replied "thats the price homie" what?? Show me what Im payin for so I can be happy to pay for it! the whole experience was deplorable, I should have gotten a combo meal so he had no way of screwin up. I go to waffle house all the time but because of this time I may never go back. FAIL!!

10am Sunday morning and the place is packed with no available seating. You wouldnt know it. Grandma Jessica waited on us like we were her only guests. We really felt the meaning "waiting-on-you-hand-and-foot." Her personality and her ability to meet our detailed needs quickly, really took us by surprise. Not because she wasnt absolutely competent and pleasant....rather, this just isnt the breakfast experience people are accustomed to these days. We venture out every Sunday for brunch, and we will certainly make this a more frequent stop because of Jessica. You should put her picture up there like "Miss Lucy" if only so you know how the standard in service is supposed to be set! Thank you for the experience. Chris G.

On a road trip from california, we decided to try this place out. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant. Our meal took over 30 minutes to arrive. Our drinks were only filled half way. We waited on a to go box for 15 minutes. We didnt leave a tip because of the major disappointment. The waffles were so flat, dull and taste less my niece threw them up. The server came outside, mumbled something and yelled at us. Probably upset because of the tip. Would NEVER in my LIFE go back to a waffle house. Will NEVER recommend it anyone. There is an ihop down the street, its probably better than this disappointing place.

I ordered the two egg breakfast and the waitress asked me, "did you want hash browns or grits" I said hash browns. Then she asked me, "do you want Texas, wheat, Rye, or multigrain for the toast," so I chose Texas. Then she asked, "sausage, ham, or bacon," so I said sausage. She didnt explain to me that this cost extra money so either way they charged me an extra 3 dollars and something for it. when I tryed to talk to the manager about it hes just "like you ordered it, because you ate it now you have to pay for it no matter what happened". He really didnt care so I would never go here again in my life.
