Nervous the first time I walked in, it must have been stamped on my forehead the guy behind the counter was real nice when I walked up. He asked me if I had ever been there before with an innocent smile I said no and he went through every detail for me including all possible options answered all my question before I could even ask. When I finished ordering I found it all to be a good price on a low budget, but wow I didnt expect the amount of fries and the size of the burger, half was dinner later, it was definitely a GREAT BURGER. I go once a week on my budget. And every time its good food the same price sand I never have to wait more than 3 to 5 minutes for it and its always made fresh never old or cold. Eat here! You will love it!

We love the food here but the people working were rude and disrespectful. We came in at about 9:30 pm to eat and from the start the man at the register was sighing and was not nice at all. Our card wasnt working so we used a different one and when we went up to get our food, the Mexican workers were talking bad about us in Spanish. Obviously they dont understand that white people can speak Spanish too. Five minutes before closing, they started blasting Spanish music to the point where we couldnt even hear each other talk. They started yelling out and hollering. What a classy way to get people to leave. Horrible experience. We wont be going to this location again.

Yesterday was the last time I will stop at Five Guys for lunch. I dont think it was food poisoning, there was definitely something going on with it though. I felt like the burger was drugged to be completely honest, both my employee and self experienced a terrible head spin for several hours followed by a headache after eating this food. Not sure if its due to ingredients like aluminum used in pickling and theyre buns. Or if it was something else altogether, still not worth feeling like your brain is frying in the name of a good tasting burger. I will be calling Five Guys to get a comprehensive list of every ingredient that was on my sandwich yesterday!

Probably the best fast food burger Ive had in Denver. The fries are amazing and abundant. Personally I grew up in California and will only give five stars to In-N-Out, but Five Guys is as good as it gets in Denver (for a fast food burger). I like that you can get extra toppings here like bacon as well. On a side note the location has a few problems. There is just way too much traffic on Arapahoe road and getting to/from this location takes some extra time in the evenings. If youre coming from the east its a problematic and convoluted way to get to this restaurant. Forget about walking anywhere from the north or west.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!!! I usually go to smash burger or red robin if I desire a burger. I decided to go here and regret every dollar wasted. I ordered a burger, small fries and a small drink. That came to $14. Thats a bit pricey for a fast food chain. It took 8 minutes to get my order meanwhile my friends had came out right away so by the time i started eating he was finishing. I am tall and have a bad back, the kid size chairs were a joke and painful to sit in. There were no booths at all. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE A FEW BUCKs AND GET A BETTER BURGER AND EXPERIENCE.

19 bucks for a fry hamburger and 2 medium drinks ..hell no not again . Plus the person calling in their to go order waited ten minutes on hold so was still on hold when we got there and was ready to pick up. When we ordered they had run our if hamburger meat and had to wait 10 more minutes...had to ask for straws because bin was empty . For this price I could go down the street to maggies get a better burger for two people not one and get two beers to boot. Save your time and money

The princess working the cashier needed a serious attitude adjustment. Very upfront disdain for paying customers, sighing loudly, glaring, rolling her eyes, and throwing things around. The burger was delicious, and the kitchen staff seemed friendly. I wasnt a fan of the fries, but they give you a TON of them. But that girl at the front really killed it for me. The food isnt worth unfriendly service. Probably wont go out of my way for this location in the future.

They have the best hamburgers for a fast food restaurant. They are juicy and you can add as many condiments as you want. Beware that a regular hamburger is actually two patties so it was a shock the first time. I am not a fan of their fries, they are fresh cut fries and they give you sooo much. A large fry is enough for 4 people. We have tried their hot dogs and they are also very good. All the employees are very nice.

Im not sure I could rave about 5 guys anymore than everyone else already is, so I will do something different! To the owners and staff of 5 guys, thank you. Thank you for having lettuce wrapped burgers so those of us with gluten allergies can enjoy them! Thank you for the fries, which I could order by the truck load! But most of all, thank you for your great staff, your friendly service, and your wonderful work ethic!

Very poor service. $25 for one hamburger, one cheeseburger, one medium fry and two cokes. They actually charged me for the cokes even though they knew the machine was out of order. Other patrons were vocal about their unhappiness. It was a small event, but this store has very poor service overall. There are too many other choices in this area for me to return anytime soon.

Decent hamburger and okay taste. The fries were soggy from not being fried long enough. Watched the guy smash the hell out of the hamburger as it is cooking. So much for a juicy burger. $30 for two meals though was a bit high. Red Robin next time I guess if I want good fries and a better hamburger.

The service and this 5guys was outstanding, the place was clean, and the burger was great. Like another reviewer mentioned, the regular size fries was enough for two and the regular hamburger is a double patty. The prices are comparable to other fresh (not fast-food) burger places.

No matter what anyone tells you, this is a fast food place with fast food quality food. It is not good, it wasnt even all that cheap. If you want a hamburger, there are a million other places that arent even that much more expensive that will provide a way better experience.

My family loves Five Guys, ... This location however, is another story. The burgers are often smashed! If we wanted crispy, smashed, carbonized burgers, we would go to the obvious alternative. We have stopped using this location. Try Illif and Parker, proper Five Guys.

Not impressed. Overpriced, small and soggy burgers. Not busy, yet floors were disgusting and when some surly teenager wiped down the dirty tables, the crap was flung onto the chair seats and floors! I refuse to eat there again.I do not know what all the fuss is about.
