Just left this location! I go to firehouse a lot. Too often if Im honest. Just moved from Texas. My little family and I went to grab lunch. This location is AWFUL. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Customer service I was just given was the worst! It started with something simple when the three men working told me I couldnt use my rewards at all today because of internet being down. No big deal? Then I went to get my 1 year old something to drink and all the mom caffeine drinks were out. I asked if they could be fixed and the young man who told me he was the store manager said nothing could be done. I proceeded to tell him I didnt want to give my 1 year old soda and if there was anyone else I could speak with. He then laughed at me and said "really, over some juice?" I asked for his manager and he said he only has an owner who is Mason Nash. I called the owner to let him know about my awul experience. He didnt seem to care. Told me he would look into it. Didnt even apologize. Didnt even know which location I was talking about. Just crazy to me. Worst experience. EVER. Avoid going to this location at all costs

It is 8:09 pm on 7/15/16 Im currently sitting in the lobby while 1 guy is trying to ring up customers and make sandwhiches and your other two employees talking with a customer who ordered after me about smoking a bowl in 5 min. After the comment the other gentleman walked over and grabbed his back pack and loaded a bowl in the store. Mind you there is a family of 5 with 3 young boys who just ordered 5 subs ahead of me watching all this as well. I manage a tire shop here in denver and this is the worst customer service Ive seen in a long time why the ***** are you standing around openly talking about smoking weed in 5 min when you have a floor full of customers. Of this is the environment that your management fosters I will never be back again after this.....

Love the brisket sandwich here but some of the staff and the experience has left me less than satisfied. One staff member always seems to have an attitude when I come in and others just dont seem to know what theyre doing or know how to customer service someone. I have ordered my sandwich online twice and the first time it was done incorrectly and had to be remade (it was then ice cold and had to be microwaved when I got back to work.) the second time was today and I got there and my order hadnt even been started. I also filled up my drinks to have them tell me that there were no lids for that size. To their credit, they did upgrade me to a large drink to make up for the lid issue. Anyways, great food but not sure Ill continue to go back to this location.

Our experience was not pleasant at this location. On a Sunday around 1:30, there was a line of people and the staff didnt have a sense of speed or urgency to fill or or assist customers. For example the coke machine and water/machine was out of ice. I had to ask twice as did another customer. The womens restroom was disgusting and the cashier handled money and then food without changing gloves or washing hands. The food was less then stellar, missing a pickle and the ham was questionable. The overall experience is the customer who chose to eat there and paid $45+/- was an inconvenience. It is sad when you hear other customers saying the same thing. We have eaten at the highlands ranch location and have never experienced this.

We got there and the line was long, took about ten minutes to finally get our order in, than they ran out to coke. For some reason they had the back door open even though it was no more than 50 degrees outside, people kept moving around to get away from the cold. After 30 minutes of waiting for our food we just told them to make it to go. Shortly after they finally had it ready. We took it and left. When I opened my sandwich I was surprised with what appeared to be a little kids sandwich with one slice of meat, I had ordered a medium Steamer. My girlfriends sandwich was made correctly but extremely sloppy. For as long as it took I would of thought the sandwiches would be accurate and pristine.

TERRIBLE - awful customer service, some of the worst ive ever had. Poor quality food, sandwhich was cold and the meat was rubbery. 3 kids working were arguing with each other while I was trying to order....they were fighting about who should do work in the store haha, laziest staff ever and no manager at this franchise location, it seems the manager likes to leave highschool kids in charge quite often. The location was dirty also. They could hardly take my order without fighting and bickering with eachother, it was atrocious customer service, and bad food. They didnt even know what was on their own menu lol...... Someone needs to replace the manager and get this franchise location under control.

This is the dirtiest firehouse I have been too. Its 3:00, no rush and they employees are messing around. The floors look like they havent been cleaned since 11am. While each restaurant has busy times, there was certainly time for them to clean. On top of that 20minutes to get sandwiches and they are the wrong order. So much mayonnaise on the sandwiches you cant see anything else. Absolutly ridiculous, as someone who looked in to purchasing this franchise, this is enbarassing and the owner should take more pride in ownership.

I love firehouse subs but this location needs to change management. I usually come in around 6:00pm after work and the staff is upset that a customer has walked in. . Very unfriendly staff. One visit the whole staff were sitting at the table s watching a basketball game while I was waiting to be helped . Always a long wait cause only one person usually working and making sandwiches. Really sucks cause I love the subs and this is the closest one to me. . Ill be eating somewhere els .

Worst location ever. Stood there for about 5 minutes while the guy filled the ice and was having his son help him. He told the boy to get his other son to help us. Another guy walked in and he stopped and told the guy that they didnt have any food because of some malfunction with the equipment and it would be at least a half hour. Why did he let us stand there so long without telling us that? Terrible customer service and I could not believe that children (no older than 12) were working there.

First time ever trying out firehouse subs today. Went in and ordered and was told after some confusion between the two guys working that they couldnt take any orders because there was no cash in the drawer. Then the guy behind me tried to pay with a card, they gave him some lame excuse and denied him as well. Never experience anything like that, very wierd. Mind you there were a couple tables eating in the restaurant. Not a good first impression at all.
