Why in the hell have I never eaten here before today? Ive been told its good. Ive read reviews that its good. But for 10+ years I have never stopped into this little place. The people are so nice and attentive, and the price for the lunch special is such a deal. The food was delicious. The meat (beef & chicken) was tender and not overcooked. I asked for it to be spicy, but not too spicy. While I was eating and wiping the sweat from my brow, they brought me out more chicken that was not spicy, and apologized for it being too spicy! I hadnt said a word about it. It was definitely on the hot end, but not so hot that I wouldnt finish every last morsel on the plate. What great service and desire to make the customer happy! This will become a new regular place for me.

let me just say that I have been coming here since I was a little girl. The waitress always remembers me when I walk in the door (even with my many make-overs and phases of hair colors and such.which makes me feel special!!!) I ALWAYS order the yaki undo!! YUMMMY I literally do not mind traveling to Northglenn to get some. and the miso soup is the BEST that I have tried.. I love this place. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable. and the food is delicious beyond words! I always pour on tons of there teriyaki sauce that they have on the tables lol.. this place will always have a special place in my heart (and my tummy!)

Missed this close by healthy, family operated, fast food favorite for years. Great choice of simple Japanese fair. Teriyaki bowls, teriyaki dinner plates, tempura, udon, etc. Fresh and great tasting. No sushi. maybe some California rolls. Great fully loaded miso soup. All their soups are loaded. Lunch specials keep them competitive priced with other fast food lunch outlets. Its a diner, not a full blown restaurant. I recommend adding it your rotation of lunch and dinner choices locally. Not too far off I-25 between the 104th and 120th exits, east to Washington then north or south to get there.

I dont get it. The restaurants in this part of metro Denver get higher rating than they deserve. Same restaurants receive a star or more less in other parts of the metro area. This area Is kind of ghetto of metro Denver. Much better choices west of i25 and south Denver. Most good businesses stay out because of demographics and city policies. With light rail and new construction I expect it to change. This is an average restaurant with average fare. Its busy because lack of good choices.

Amazing little hole in the wall. Great prices (especially if you get there for their lunch special). I adore the teriyaki and the gyoza. I have gotten dinner with gyoza before and then gotten a side of gyoza to go. Absolutely wonderful. And to top it off, the staff is kind and attentive without being too attentive. The only thing I dont like is that they dont do soup to go yet. Highly highly highly recommend.

Its in a run down strip mall, so you are likely to miss , but dont! Cheep eats! Cheep Japanese eats! How often do you get that combination. The sukiyaki takes a bit longer to prepare but it is very worth it. The terriyaki is quite sweet for my taste. Never really had so called authentic Japanese, so I cant compare, but for Japanese American its pretty tasty.

My children and I have been coming since my kids were very little. In their twenties its still one of our favorites. Yummy food. Great price and the people that work there are so friendly. Best customer service than anywhere else we go. We go for all our birthdays and family celebrations. Really try it!!

Used to be great but now they are so cheap with the Teriyaki sauce they need to change their name. The bowls are dry and if you ask for extra they give you one little side half full and it is still dry. and they act like they are doing you a huge favor giving you that. Not worth the money anymore.

This place will definitely be on my list of options when trying to figure out dinner... I tried the Tokyo Bowl, and thought it was quite tasty :) The egg rolls had an odd flavor, so I dont think Ill be getting those here again. But I will be coming back for more!

Ive been coming here over 17 years. I LOVE this place. This family owned business exemplifies what a restaurant should be. Great lunch deals, great food, great service. Changing from 5 stars to 4 stars because of lack of follow up from management. Disappointed.

I love this place! I have been going there for about 17 years. The food is always good in all those years I have never once had a bad meal there. The service is excellent and friendly. They have also won best restaurant in Northglenn a few times over the years.

I love there food,service everything. I do wish the would add the soup to the specials out of restaurant. I mean it is the same aether you eat in or out but that is the ONLY thing wrong with this place other than that I could not ask for better!

This place is pretty close to work, so this has been my favorite spot to eat. My colleague and I had been coming to this place for more than three years now, in fact the owner knows us very well by our names. The food is super delish!!

I didnt visit this place for over a year, and when I did the lady remembered my name and what I order! You cant ask for nicer srevice! Plus the food is great and super low priced! I would recomend this resturaunt to anyone!

this is some of my favorite japaneese food in the WHOLE WORLD! their chicken bowl phonominal as well as the tokyo bowl and california rolls. if I could I would eat here everyday for the rest of my life!

Had the chicken and beef lunch special, it was huge! Excellent proportion of rice, steamed veggies, chicken and beef. Came with Miso soup as well. Toyko Teriyaki worth the drive, I know Ill be back.
