Would have given 4 stars for food quality, but customer service was horrible. I brought a group of international students to this restaurant, and everybody had a good time and enjoyed the food very much. Our server, forgot to get her name, was very good. When we paid for our meal, I did not supervise whether or not the international students gave tips. I do know that some of us did give tips. As we were leaving, one of the students wanted the manager to take a picture of all of us in front of the restaurant. Instead, the manager came out and told everyone that we did not leave tips and that was very rude. Saying they stayed open late (only 10 minutes late and we did not order food after closing) and how the students were very rude not to give a tip. Many of those students are not culturally aware that Americans give tips to the servers. The manager was very rude to our group, and the students felt very sad and almost guilty. It is appalling that the manager came out and criticised them for not leaving a tip. Most of the students were counting out every coin they had saved up just to eat out for one night. It definitely ruined the atmosphere for some of the night. We will not dine here again and will not recommend this place to others. The food, however, was very good and the students were very happy with its quality.

What a horrible experience. We came for Sushi after a fun day at the pool with our friends. Our friends had an 8 month old child with them and it was like we were putting them out by having her with us. We were seated and completely ignored. We waited 20 minutes for water!! I finally had to get up and ask the hostess for someone to come to our table to take our drink order, after that it was another ten minutes before someone finally came. When we finally were able to place our order, it was like we were asking too many questions and annoying the waitress. It was another 25 minute wait for our food to arrive and the order was incomplete. We had also asked for some hot water so that we could make the baby a bottle and our waitress completely forgot about it! And it is not like we ordered the least expensive things on the menu, in fact two of us ordered the most expensive meals they offer. Our money spends the same regardless of whether we have a child with us or not. The little girl was an angle throughout the entire, nearly 2 hour, ordeal and did not cause any disruptions or annoyances to other customers. It was as bad a performance as I have ever seen at a restaurant and I would caution to stay away!!!

I have read all the reviews on here and I have to say...I work at Juns and in the short time that I have worked there I have heard lots of compliments from customers, about myself and other servers. Not to say I havent heard any complaints about our servers. Everyone has an off day as much as we try not to. But one to many, is too many! I say, if you really have an issue speak to the manager about your server, before you leave so it can be taken care of. In a general manner, such as this, doesnt help because we dont know who is doing it. Jun himself reads these reviews and takes them very serious but I think if he doesnt have a specific person to address the issues with, it will never be fixed. The managers (Jun) are on us constantly to provide the best, professional, quality of service that everyone deserves. I (We) want everyone to have the best experience because that is how we make money.

I have never written a review but this place was beyond horrible. I have been a waitress for a few years and I dont knock off a place for a few little things but overall this place was not a good experience. It took forever to get service and the soda tasted like water down syrup. They never came to clear our soup or plates and had to get their attention for refills on drinks. The food was so-so and the chef was not friendly at all. The other one was on his personal cell phone talking to his girlfriend while preparing food at the sushi bar. The hostess/bussers were chit-chatting and ignoring customers and when my husband and I were done, I left the building and my husband said all three of the girls saw him waiting at the front to pay and looked around for something else to do to avoid helping him so we could leave. Needless to say we wont go back and wont recommend this place to anyone.

Worst service ever! We waited a hour before asking the waitress when the food would be coming. She responded with a matter-of-fact attitude that this was a typical wait and offered to get a manager. It was pretty defensive for a simple question. Put off by her behavior, I agreed that I would like to talk to a manager. She came back to tell me HE SAID he was busy and that taking him from the sushi bar would just make my food take longer. REALLY?? The manager said this? I left ten minutes later without eating, having lost my appetite for sushi and poor service, and grabbed pizza down the street. I will never be back, even though the food is not horrible and its five minutes from my house. They obviously dont care about my business. I wonder what Jun would say?

Went on Valentines night 2016. My wife and I were having a great meal at the sushi bar until we noticed a roll waiting to be served. So we ate, now we noticed the "baked or fried" sushi was mushy. Soooo we passed those on, 10 minutes go by and the roll was still sitting waiting to be served.. We told the staff its been sitting there waiting for 10 minutes! They looked at us like how dare you, and so we continued minding our own mushy dinner.. 20 minutes goes by and the mysterious roll finally goes out to the table behind us!!? So we left $50 of mushy dinner later and we unfortunately didnt have the normal after valentines night; instead of being together in love and you know valentines stuff.. We had a lovely night together humped over the toilet

Food good. Service Bad. Wait staff was very rude - customer service at its worst. Reserved a grill table for 7pm on a Thursday night. Waitress was very abrupt and unfriendly. We tried to order dishes by name, but she wanted us to " just tell (her) the number". Childrens portions advertised online, but not available when we asked about one. Plates and glasses handed to us across the grill, seemed like we were serving/busing our own table. Water glasses were never refilled. She also began settling our bill before our main course was finished. Food was good. Chef was friendly but unimpressive. Dreadfully overpriced for quality and service.

Been there quite a few times and my average wait time for sushi (dinner time) was anywhere from 30-90 minutes. One time, I ordered to go, got there 30 minutes later and then proceeded to wait another 60 minutes for my order. They had to remake my order and didnt tell me until they handed the order to me (90 minutes after I placed my order). Not only did I waste my time, I wasted $50. My sushi was cold and messy. Ive been to this place at least 10-15 times. Im giving up! I love their sushi but I cant stand the rude servers(Ive only had one server that was super awesome) and long wait times. Ill stick with good ol Ai on Centennial.
