Have yet to ever receive an order from this location that wasnt at least 50% wrong. Maybe this is a location that you need to order inside for, but we usually go through the drive-thru or order online for Rapid Pick-Up. If you order a muffin, you will end up with muffies about 90% of the time and vice versa. Ive also had substitutions made on my orders whenever they run out of ingredients that I was never asked about. If you do make substitutions or add anything out of the ordinary, good luck on getting that correct. Just made an order for Rapid Pick-Up this morning for two Asiago bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches and two pumpkin muffins, and not a single item was right. Last time I am wasting my money in this location.

I would like to thank Jose Escorza, Panera Bread employee at the "drive-through" window, for his EXCELLENT customer service. Once he had entered my order into the system, I picked it up at the window and asked if they could include an extra bag of chips and he politely did, but I thought they had ignored my request. It was not until I got home that I realized he had given me the extra bag of chips. I would had paid the extra chips, but I appreciated very much his kindness. I called Jose Escorza the next day and thanked his customer service and politeness. Best staff employee I have had at Panera Bread!! Jose Escorza deserves a promotion and salary increase. Thank you Panera!

Manager was so rude! I have never been treated like this before when dining in. My husband and a went in at 8:20pm and they close at 9pm we ordered a sandwich and a soup and was eating about 15 minutes it was 8:45 when the manger walked over and told us we have a ten minutes to finish up and get going! Never again will I come here. Atlanta bread company is way better anyways ✌️

We really like this Panera. Panera in general is good, but this one is very nice and fairly large. Last time we were there they were out of chocolate chip cookies so they put some in the oven and gave them to us for free when they came out! Great place, nice people and company.

Made the long drive there and home, in weekday evening traffic, only to find chicken thrown all over one of our salads. Being a vegetarian, this means we just paid a lot of money for a salad we couldnt even eat. Wont go back to this Panera.

Small portions. The menu doesnt state what toppings come on sandwiches or what sides come with it. I ordered a turkey sandwich and got tuna. My mom ordered a half steak sandwich and it looked like it was about 3 bites.

Delicious food and great service. But why is it when you get it for rapid pickup, you get less than half of what you get if you eat at the restaurant? Seriously paid almost $5 for three bites of Mac n cheese

I have no idea why people go here. Edible but forgettable food and higher than average prices. If you want a sandwich there is a better sub shop in the mall, same with pizza, same with salads. Moot point.
