Food was fine and our waitress was good, but the manager...not so much. One of our party recently broke her ankle and was on crutches in a boot. It had been raining all day and the ground was still wet outside. When she entered through the front door, there was no door mat, just the tile floor. Her crutches slipped out and she was forced to catch herself several times by putting weight on her bad ankle. She did this several times and the hostess didnt offer any assistance. By the time she got to her seat, she was in extraordinary pain. At the end of the meal the manager stopped by and asked how our meal was. We said fine then told him about her slipping because there was no mat down when you walked in. His response was something along the lines of "Ya its wet out there, you gotta be careful on those crutches." No apology, no promise to put a mat or wet floor sign down, no asking if she was ok, nothing. Just an admonishment to be more careful in the future to the woman with the broken ankle on crutches. Wrong response. We will not be back to this particular location.

i absolutely love red robin but i will never go to this one again. they sat me outside and they were not even busy and they did not come by to check on me once. i did not get a refill. i sat there and waited for my check for 20 minutes and did not see ONE waiter otherwise i would have asked one of them for my check. the waitress FINALLY came out after my meal was gone for 20 minutes and then she asked if i wanted a refill. no. i already ate and ive been waiting to get out of here. i do not want a freaking refill. safe to say that girl didnt get a tip that day. never ever again.

We went to lunch last Sunday and our server was absolutely amazing, but he spilt water on my dad on complete accident and thats fine accidents happen! While everyone around was helping clean the 3 waters dropped on my dad the manager stood there and watched and he never said a word!!! Never a sorry for ruining you afternoon or anything!!!! No can we comp your meal or a free dessert or whatever! Never will we be coming back to this location and that sucks for this place as we went here at least 2 times a week with a family of 6!

My husband ordered a burger tonight and he was chewing on a bite for a bit until he realized it had a piece of athletic tape in it! When the manager came out, all he did was comp the beer and offer another meal. My husband had no appetite left after that. Aside from someone medical tape being in a burger, the service was slow and once we had this "complaint", the waitress washed her hands of us... Which made for bad service the rest of the night.

Ordered to-go on a friday night. Definitely a bad idea. The host at the front didnt even acknowledge me, acted like i was wasting his time when i asked where to pick up my order. Over the phone, the server had assured me there would be a side of ketchup in the bag. Upon arriving home 20 minutes later i found none. I had been excited to see that Loveland had a Red Robin, but i highly doubt i will visit this particular one again :(

Food: The same as any Red Robin, not fantastic but not bad. We do like the pretzel bites though. Price: A little high for the food quality Staff: Theyve been getting better over the last few years, not memorable but functional Environment: Loud and full of things to look at, casual and a good place to bring your rowdy friends Well return: Occasionally when in the area, we dont go out of our way to eat here

The staff was awesome tonight!! Even though they dont take reservations, they held a section of 20 for our swim team, on a Friday night. The girls had fantastic service, food and fun. We really, really appreciate everything the restaurant did for the team. Thank you so much and we highly recommend this red robin for team events.

Kendall was an amazing server! Request her if she is available! I have dietary restrictions and sometimes they can be a hassle at restaurants. Kendall was so kind and handled those restrictions with such ease. The food came out perfect. She made dining with Red Robin a pleasant experience! I will definitely be back!

All you can eat french fries? Whats not to go crazy for there?! Or all you can eat fruit salad. The sandwiches are typical, but the side dishes are not. This is good ol fashioned American cooking...from burgers to chili to dogs with some salads thrown in for healthy measure. Good service, and a fun place.

It had to have been an off night for these folks. All of the empty tables were filled with dishes, there was trash on the floors and according to the people I was with the bathroom was not in very good condition. The table next to us, in the pic, sat this was for 20 minutes after we were seated.

This is a well ran establishment. The waitress we had, aileen could not have been better. The happy hour. Has great happy hour specials for appetizers and beer. The burgers were cooked to perfection and you cannot beat the bottomless fries, What a deal!

The food is always good, however, the service is horrible. They arent bad people but they are lazy. It took over an hour to get fries we ordered...Let alone our main meal. If you come here, make sure you have time enough to wait on your waiter/waitress.
