The hosts that greeted my friends and I were very rude and very unprofessional. They stared at the floor plan and muttered back and forth to each other for several minutes every time a group came up to be sat, and obviously were either new or had no idea what they were doing. The also outright sneered at the group before us which had children and quoted them a ridiculous wait time of 15 minutes, despite the fact that we could see a nearly empty dining room right behind them. My friends and I were given the option to sit in the bar, but opted to wait for a spot in the dining room due to the awkward table sizes and heights and were given a similar expectation. The family of six that entered after us was sat long before us, and after checking in with the host stand to see how long our wait would be the first time, I scoped out the dining room to see if there was just some large party I couldnt see from the front. The whole restaurant was nearly empty, and we saw at least three servers come up and chat with the hosts for long periods of time so they were obviously not busy. After checking with the hosts a second time we were finally seated, twenty minutes after having entered. We then proceeded to sit at the table and be passed by no less than five servers, none of which spoke to or made eye contact with any of us. After four minutes I put my phone out on the table with the stopwatch function running to try to time how long it would be until we were approached, when a server finally came up to us, told us she wasnt our server and didnt know were our server was, and took our drink order. We gave it to her, and the patch of servers standing at the computer station no more that three feet away had a very obvious argument about who would take our table, with fingers pointing at us and three servers declaring not it. At this point, a woman who actually claimed to be our server came up, apologized saying she had been outside on break and had not been informed that she had a table, and then walked away again saying she would be back. We at this point decided that the restaurant did not want our money and set out to find a place that did. We will not return

Food Critic J here again! Was truly disappointed! First I do have to agree with the other reviews bout the rude hostess- I would say more on the lines as she gave the vibe of she is too good for the place! Anyway, I was astounded at the small portion size and the prices! Years ago Red Robin was "the" place to go to. Large portions, big plates, better priced and their fries were ALREADY seasoned (not with the seasoning on the table-though I would like to buy it).The double burger with fries on the round plate was the size of my hand (the tips of my fingers to my wrist covered it). The double burger at Wendys is bigger for half the price! The appetizers same issue! Portions are for approx one person (maybe thats the point-but at least put it in small print). Example: the order of fried mushrooms- quantity 5. Next; the server (will remain nameless) lacked attention to detail and refilled wrong flavor drinks. Cleanliness of the place: disappointing. Hard water spots everywhere, silverware, glasses, mugs, table, the electronic device on table (also was out of receipt paper-which we never got ours even when asked), gunk " in the cracks of the chairs, bathroom (I will just say bathroom definitely needed a pass through. Heres the positives: Good quality food! The light spheres were not dusty! The place is more modern versus back in the day romantic dark style! Hope this may have some influence for better changes! But I will not be back!

We waited almost 15 minutes before some came to order our drinks. The manager even came by and asked if our waitress had come by or not. We replied no and he said that he would go get her. I really dont get why he couldnt just take the drink order, they werent overly busy tonight. When the waitress did get there she was polite and friendly. I got the raspberry ice tea which was supposed to be Peak brand iced tea. It wasnt Im not sure what brand it was but they literally poured syrup into it and didnt even wipe the side of the glass off. Also they didnt bother to tell me it was syrup and the first taste of the was nothing but syrup. There was a table that came In after my wife and I got there and they were served before us. About a minute or so after they got their food we were served, so it wasnt a huge crisis. The buger that I had was okay I thought it would have been a little bigger, the endless fries were probably the best part of my meal. The coleslaw my wife had had a drizzle of dressing on it. Overall I wont be going back to this location anytime soon to me its really just another fast food place like McDonalds or Buger King. This was the first time that I have went to one and I have been wanting to try it for about a year and was disappointed. I cant speak on the bathrooms because I didnt use them, but over all the place looked clean.

Went to Red Robins to try their Red Ramen Burger. Hipster Alert this is the only Ramen Burger that is available in the Denver Metro Area. Red Robins is clean, and fresh. I experienced great customer service from the hostess and my server. Ordered the Ramen Burger with Onion Rings and an Arnold Palmer to drink. The burger was moist and delicious. A decent sized patty with lettuce, teriyaki sauce, onions, aioli sauce, and cabbage. A different take on an American Classic. I was impressed with the onion rings also which was crispy and non greasy. Ramen was fried and contained the burger and concoction well. Normally, I wouldnt recommend a national chain restaurant, but in this case I would say you havent lived if you havent tried a Ramen Burger. I tried on at L&L BBQ in Honolulu two years ago. Youre not HIP if you havent tried a Ramen Burger. Go to Red Robins on Havana as theyre the only ones in Denver with a True Ramen Burger. Thank You Red Robbin.

We had the worst service today. A group of friends, 5 total, arrived at a little before 3:40 in the afternoon looking for a late lunch. The hosts was so rude when we entered. She glared and rolled her eyes at the family before us because they had children. The hosts then quoted us a 10 minute wait time, and proceeded to ignore us. A group of 4 and a group of 6 who arrived after we did were both seated before we were. While we waited, we watched 3 servers just stand around the hostess stand to chat. There were several large empty tables. We checked on our table twice before we were finally seated, 20 minutes after we arrived. We then sat at a table while servers walked past us and resized to acknowledge or existence. We witnessed a server argument where they loudly refused to serve our table. Another ten minutes of being ignored and we walked out. Ridiculously bad service. So I refused to give them my money.
