Clean lobby however management here "Steve" and "Dale" as well as "Kim" were very loud and very rude to customers... Very odd experience with The manager Steve telling me I was "cute" and I thought he was joking until the receipt had his name and number on it with a ";)" highly unprofessional and I will never go back.... Id rather go to a different location where loud obnoxious perverts are not employed. Yall can thank steve, dale, and Kim for the loss of business.

Tracy the front cashier was rude and ignored me for the first minute. She was also filthy ans her shirt was covered in crumbs/left over fries. She was just standing at the cash register looking at me but never said hi even when I did twice. There are 20 tables in here and not one was clean enough to sit at. Yuck. It was just remodeled but they need to keep it clean.

Order 2 sausage, egg, and cheese muffin sandwiches and hash browns. Received 2 croissant sandwiches with slimy, greasy fake eggs, burned sausage, and no cheese. Hash browns were okay. Called today, and "Maria/Marie" was the manager. Not very apologetic, offered to replace my meal IF they can track down my original order. Turned it down, and never going back.

Service was decent, but my burger had a weird sort of brown film with a sort of dirty plastic look but crumbly texture partially fused with the bottom bun. Normally I like BK, but theres either something wrong with this particular location, or with the way they prepare the food after 9pm.

Very difficult day. Stranded with two young children. The staff went out of their way providing excellent service in a trying time. Hands down the best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time. I will swing in to give my business anytime I am traveling in the area.

Legit, drove here at 11:23 for some food, and even though Google says that its supposed to be open til midnight, I watch all of the employees just walking through the door.... Your food sucks anyways.
