My husband and I went through the drive thru on July 1, 2017 at 1:02 PM. We wanted to try the Cheeto bites and they were out. Frustrated with that right off the bat, we next ordered Whopper and Chicken Nuggets. However, my husband ordered a triple whopper. The woman was very obnoxious when my husband was stating what he wanted on his sandwich by saying "I got it. I got it." Obviously she didnt "get it." because he got a single Whopper and not the triple that he asked for NOR the extra cheese he paid for. So the clerk was rude and short fused. Additionally, we only ordered two sandwiches and an order of nuggets and had to pull to the side, AND there were no other cars in the drive-thru. When we got home, we called the manager on duty. His name was Sixx. The very first words out of his mouth were arguments. Ive worked in customer service for 30 years and the proper way to handle customer complaints is NOT with excuses and arguments. He told my husband he was not responsible to get the order right. I would like this message relayed that YES it IS your responsibility to make sure your customers leave satisfied...EVEN if you have to offer the supreme sacrifice of getting their order "right." He gets the plaque of shame award for "YOU HAD ONE JOB!!!"

The chicken frys are old and hard seriously took me 10 minutes from there to my house. the whopper was nasty and cold like its been out over the time. If your going to serve old food at least warm it up first. I go here every once in a while and I like there food (when its fresh) . I dont mind waiting. But if there fast. check it before you drive away. Probably left over. I called them and spoke to the manager. They were going to replace it. But I told them no. Get it right the first time. So I dont have to waste my time and yours. Especially if Im a customer. And have to post a bad comment. Instead of something positive.

NASTY PLACE Every table has some kind of smear or food on them, the whole place is unclean. Hope we dont get Botulism!! Took 20 minutes to get cold food, the fries were still a little warm. Couldnt eat a cold burger but who wants to wait another 20 minutes. At least I got some fries in me but will not be eating there again I was so hungry I actually waited the 20 minutes, just being patient with the rush. They so failed that test!! Probably didnt help someone clocking out mid rush, from the looks of the place SHE WAS NOT OF MUCH USE ON THE CLOCK

I was just there this morning, August 30th, at 7:30 am. I had to come back and get the correct two biscuits and drink I originally ordered because initially they gave me the wrong ones. The older Hispanic woman working the drive thru is ALWAYS rude and conveniently NEVER wears a name tag. I had tried to call before I came back and of course, THEY dont answer the phone. I will never go back to this Burger King again.

This Burger King and their employees are always slow. They never say thank-you. I just spent 15 minutes at the window waiting on my order. Not even the typical "sorry for the wait" They had to ask me twice what my order was. theyre so impolite. Every single time I go there, its always a bad experience but I do give them props on getting my order correct. But the speed and customer service is terrible

Didnt even get to order my food. Guy in the back made the guy in the front go and help him or he was walking out. Im sorry but Ive been in the food industry and when you get backed up and your short staffed you deal with it. You dont make the guy taking the orders come help you cause you cant handle it. Worst experience Ive had a fast food place. Never going there again.

Rude. They dont greet you and they dont say thank you. Even the managers seem to have the life sucked out of them. I am constantly waiting for food for way too long. I think Im just not going to go here anymore. Id rather go out of my way a little bit then get rude service. I dont care if its fast food or 5 star dining, they still shouldnt treat you like youre nothing.

This building is so dirty. Ive eaten here several times, but it has been a few months. Every corner, table, soda area, the machines behind the counter were filthy. The bottom of the tables were caked with food. Overall, I was very disappointed. The management obviously needs a class on cleanliness.

Your not suppose to just stand in front of a register and say nothing. If you need service you simple ask for it. Sometimes people are just busy and assume youve already been attended. As far as service goes, its just as good as any other fast food place.

Location is fine, clean restrooms. Only hate that burgers come with mayonnaise, which is why I rarely eat there (I forget to order without).
