Felt like this place is under new management because I came a year ago and left with a much better experience. 1.Started the meal with a sample platter the included celery that was so water logged and rotting it was inedible. I let the waitress know (at the end of the meal, because lets face it, who wants to risk spit in their entrees for complaining early in the meal) to tell the chef to prevent them from serving it to anyone else. 2. A second serving waitress spilled dressing as she walked all the way to our table, and I made an effort to let her know which she acknowledged. However, she failed to proactively avert disaster when she dripped all over the receiving patron at our table. Clean up of the situation was also lacking and I watched on as customers continued to slip on the dressing on the floor as they existed the restaurant. 3. The plates that they serve the non-side orders are terrible. Small square plates that barley fit even the burger. No room to fit the side of dressing that comes with the meal and yet they attempted to balance the dressing on the plate. This issue also caused the aforementioned dressing spill. 4. My burger tasted like it had sugar and cinnamon on it. There was nothing about this in the description which suggested that it had come into contact with these items before being served? It was odd. I hope my criticism encourages management to take action. Ive read many previous reviews that suggest this place is great. So maybe my experience today was an anomaly. But if I owned the restaurant, Id sure want to know if I wasnt doing something right so I could improve the customer experience for the future.

Food was amazing. Which is great as thats the whole reason you go out to eat, right? No complaints in that department. Restaurant was very clean as well. The service was horrendous. Which I expect when eating at Village Inn. But when youre paying what they charge at Stuft, is it too much to ask for a refill on your Sierra Mist? The entire staff, not just our waiter, ignored my empty glass. Even after someone refilled the water for the person I was with, my glass was left ignored. And it was not hidden. It was near the edge of the booth. We payed with cash, no change needed. So when we got up to leave, our waiter literally right past us without a word, to check to see if we were running out on the bill. And we were moving slow. Not a single person wished us a good day. Honestly, it felt as tho we were being treated as scum of the earth when they were the ones charging 2 or 3 bucks for 12oz of soda.

Stuff always has great burgers, most people know this. But at this location the service was extremely slow. We arrive about 6:00 theres only 2 other tables occupied. We ordered 2 burgers and a milkshake, the burgers took about 35 minutes to get to use and they forgot the milkshake so I asked about it, and we waited another 15 and still no shake. Finally the shake comes and our waiter comps it due to its delay. I think the place was understaffed I saw no mananger and only 1 waiter, bar staff, and food delivery persons. Food was good. Service slow.

Good service, great selection, weve never eaten at this location before. Today I was let down as the BUN had more flavor than the entire burger. The entire burger was ultra bland, I dont think the meat is seasoned. Its pretty expensive for what it is. I think next round if there is one Ill probably build my own burger. The foco location turned me and the wife into burger snobs some time ago. Otherwise not impressed and left with an upset stomach. No bueno.

Having tried their veggie burger at the Loveland restaurant a few years ago and being very underwhelmed, we were a bit cautious about the Greeley location. We shouldnt have worried, it was very good, and the restaurant itself is very nice. I would have liked the burger to be just a bit more savory-tasting, but we will certainly return. Oh, and the fries and onion strings (three different types) were all delicious!

I stumbled upon this place while venturing afoot around our hotel. Oh MY! This is an awesome burger. I ordered the nachos as an appetizer & I got full, so I got the burger to go. I bit into it & I was so pleasantly surprised! It is so fresh. The burger is seasoned perfectly. I ordered mine with guacamole, & IT is amazing. Ill definitely make this 1 of my regular spots to visit while Im in Greeley.

Overpriced, mediocre food. Friendly service. Took extremely long to receive the burgers, apparently our order was taken to the wrong table. Sweet waitress was very apologetic and gave us some gift cards. One of us had to leave early so we asked the order to be changed to take out, which was promptly delivered....to the wrong table.

Been waiting to be seated for over 25minutes without a single word by the hosts. Also, it took about 30 minutes to get a cheese burger! Bath rooms are empty of toilet paper although I have reminded them couple times about it but seems no one cares. Food was ok, and didnt worth that much of wait

You build your own burgers and the fries are amazing. Honestly this place is a little pricy for burgers. The quality is without question high. It is kinda the place you go before going out to drink or the place you eat the day after. I like it but wont make a trip specifically to eat here.

Always fast and friendly service. They do a great job explaining their ordering process to new people when I bring friends. I seem to eat here too often and know just what I want. It is easy to mix things up and I love the variety in their menu. Lots of craft beers to try also.

OMG! I just ate the best Veggie burger ever! Seriously I dont usually do reviews but this burger was fabulous! Huge and full of goodness. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Top of the line, not a nasty old frozen patty. Thanks for the great food !

Absolutely delicious! I made my own burger! That bacon aioli is absolutely declicous! Garlic parmesan fries were absolutely delicious! Everyone is polite and awesome! Definitely coming back and highly recommended if you are in the area!

Great food but the service can be pretty slow during busy times and also when almost no one is there. I understand it being slow when your busy but when we are one of 6 people in the place... that to me is a little disappointing.

They have a great selection of burgers either off the menu or as a build your own option. They have a great veggie patty as well. Its a nice atmosphere with plenty of tvs for sporting events, too.

With the price of the burger you shouldnt have to buy the sides separately. 2 burgers and two sides were 30.00! Couldve bought the same meals with drinks for less at Red Robins.

Super busy when went. Our burgers were only slightly warm, our waiter never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. He only came back to give us our ticket. Wont go back.

The server was a little slow to get our order. But once we placed our order her did an outstanding job. The good was great and came out quickly. I cant wait to go again.
