Im a twice a month smashburger kind of gal and this is my usual location but today really irked me. I order the beef bacon avocado club and reg fries and I wait for my to-go food. The employee hands me my "food" and I drive home. On the way home I can smell salt and vinegar but I ignore it till I get into my house and open the bag to confirm that I did receive salt and vinegar fries. I open the sandwich wrapper and they gave me a regular burger. I was planning on ignoring it and tried to call this location but no answer. I drive BACK to this location and I am greeted with the same employee who handed me my food. I reread my order, he apologizes and takes my food back. I am then given my new order and when I look into the bag I am handed yet another wrong order. I tell the employee, "I ordered the beef bacon avocado club not bacon bbq sandwich." He takes my food yet again, I wait, and another employee hands me the correct burger but they also give me back the original salt and vinegar fries, that are now completely cold, and I just throw them away and take my burger with me. Throughout this entire time no manager or BOH supervisor comes to apologize for the 2 mistakes. Ive worked in the food business and this was just completely ridiculous. Yes I shouldve checked my bag the first time but the fact that I am given the same wrong order of cold fries and no one apologizes for the inconvenience is frustrating. I shouldve just asked for the manager to make a fuss and get my money refunded but why embarrass them for their lack of customer service? It is a fast food chain afterall. Moral of this rant, check your food yourself instead of the employees..

FANTASTIC FOOD, BUT IT TAKES 3 PHONE CALLS AND 3 VISITS TO GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT, IF THEY MAKE IT RIGHT AT THAT POINT. I made an online order, for 3 burgers and 3 fries, on 12/23/15 set for 1pm pick up time. I called to confirm and arrived at 1pm. The food was bagged, I signed my receipt and left. When I got back to my office, there was no fries, and Ahmeds burger (specific to name, as the website is as well), which was ordered without bacon, contained bacon. [Personally, Ive never met an individual named Ahmed who consumes bacon, or pork at all] When we returned to the restaurant, they quickly made this right... or so we thought. We also made an additional order for a "Classic Burger", despite the already disappointing service. Upon arriving at the office AGAIN, we found that they did not provide the correct order the second time around. We are currently on the phone with the restaurant and the district manager, and when you have to ARGUE with people about a BURGER, do you really need to say more about customer service? Like I said, the food is fantastic, we are SmashBurger fans... but this location is ridiculous... theyd rather have a customer service complaint and issue than deal with the problem at its heart; the staffs ability to comprehend and process simple orders.

Went there today as my very first experience with a Smashburger, ever. There wasnt a line when I walked in and was able to order immediately. However, the guy I ordered from (his name tag said he was the GM) didnt help me out at all. Having never been there I didnt know that you ordered sides and drinks separately or that there were different sizes of burgers or that every sandwich can be a burger or a chicken. He did suggest the Colorado burger which I bought for a friend and then I ordered the Avocado Club. I didnt know this at the time, but Smashburger fries suck. I mean, they really really arent good. The burger itself was okay, nothing special. My friend tells me theyre normally greasier, but mine wasnt greasy at all. It was, however, salty. Very salty. As someone who never adds salt to food (hell, Ive never even bought salt) this wasnt something I was ready for or welcome to. The restaurant, itself, was in fairly good order, but the cushions to all the seats I saw were damaged and in severe need or repairs or replacement. I cant for the life of me imagine why Id ever go here again.

Excellent, friendly service every single time Im there. The food is always fresh and delivered promptly and if there is ever a problem it is addressed immediately. SmashBURGER is a BURGER joint so come expecting a greasy, delicious burger bc thats what they do! If you arent feeling the grease then try one of the chicken sandwiches which are just as good. With regards to the misguided/disgruntled reviewer claiming to have bodily hair in their side order... this is simply not true and just plain sad. This is a professional, corporately run restaurant so Im willing to bet the farm that these accusations hold no water. I am easily a weekly regular and know almost all of the staff on a first name basis and there is no "bald cook" employed there. Great place to eat so bring the family and an appetite.

Pubes for Lunch... This is unfortunately the second time the bald cook prepared my meal with a pube in my haystack onion side order. Im sure it’s merely for fun, and grossly enough I manage to overlook it the first time. Recently the thought crossed my mind that quite possibly my burgers may have been tainted as well however overshadowed by the garnishments. Picking out a pube and moving an onion aside is one thing, digesting one is another.

I really liked my first experience at Smashburger. The restaurant was spotless and the staff was very friendly. The food was good, however, the burgers were very greasy. If yoiu dont mind that too much, you will love it. I had their Mushroom burger and enjoyed it. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxed atmosphere with good burgers, fries, and an awesome drink selection. (Beer, tea, and soda!)

The managers and managers-in-training are always absolutely amazing and accommodating—and thats not an exaggeration. They are always incredible and exceed my expectations especially for a fast food restaurant. I respect each of the employees and hold all fast food restaurants to this locations standards. Oh, and the food is always fantastic and prepared fresh even when I arrive 4 minutes til closing.

The burgers are just basic fast food fare. Nothing fancy here and portions are typical for fast food. Most burgers run $5.50 for the basic to about $7 and add $4 to make it a combo with fries and drink. To me, thats more like pub burger pricing. The gluten free bun was okay, not better than an Udis bun -more on the crumbly side. Service was very good.

Taste of burger is great but its super greasy. Also very expensive for what you get??? I had a BIG sized Truffle Swiss and it was the same as a regular. When asking about this I was told they compress it. I dont think SOI but I thought he had a good answer for a question that was real and unfortunately I think they just upsell on the big size

Ive been here many times and Ive always had a pleasant experience. The food is good and the staff are friendly. Its also kept pretty clean. My only complaint is that the fries never have any seasoning. Thats always a downer. The smash burger near Hampden and I-25 has much better (seasoned) fries.
