I would give this review 0 stars if i could. This place is horrible. They treated us so poorly. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! There were two of us in the car at the drive threw. They had no other customers. When we were deciding what we wanted, the guy asked us what we wanted every 30 seconds. After two minutes a lady came to the drive threw and treated us like we were stupid asking us if we needed help reading the menu. After ordering half our order, she processed the order and didnt ask us if we wanted anything else. My husband didnt even get a chance to order what he wanted. When we said we werent done, she said she couldnt fix. We would have to go to the window, pay, and order/pay for the second half. Instead of going to the window, we just left and went somewhere else. We were rushed into ordering, we were treated like we were stupid, and we didnt get to finish our oder. No wonder they didnt have any other customers at 5:30 in the afternoon.

Wow.... what a horrible experience.... we walked in the door, no line.... waited over 3 minutes for someone to take our order, which took 10 minutes to get... when I went to the counter to get it, it was incorrect. .. when I said this wasnt my order, I was asked my name... my wife had placed the order, so there was no way they would have known my name... they told me that the order I had placed was not on the list, so this must be my order... I had my family with me, and my 3 yr old was already antsy because he was hungry, so I just took the tray and said I would eat it as is... the manager approached us and asked why I took the tray of food... I explained this to him and told him that I would just eat the wrong order and wouldnt come back... as he walked away he muttered under his breath "whatever..." unbelievable... needless to say, DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION....

This location consistently has THE RUDEST employees. Every time I have made the mistake of going in, I walk in the door and are greeted by a blank stare, or a what do you want if Im lucky. Your order is not repeated back and on the chance it is, it usually comes out wrong. Your change is not counted back, just handed to you. When your food is ready, they just say "2 whopper juniors" or whatever the order is and toss it on the counter. I have NEVER gotten a simple "thank you" or "your welcome". I always say thank you, and get no reply at all. Do you not train your employees on basic customer service? Even though this location is closest to my house I make it a point to go out of my way to a different location. Simply pathetic, I dont know why people put up with it.

Ordered a breakfast meal, 2 sausage croissants and a large soda....Had to repeat the drink with the meal twice. When I added the soda, she said size? I replied, large. She said ok...took the debit card, cashed us out and walked away. Didnt get my cup so asked another employee. Then 1st employee said I never ordered a lage drink.....full grown adult workers. This type of irresponsible behavior is what gives fast food workers a bad name. ...not going back

Needs better management. I had to wait to order because the manager was on her cell phone complaining to another manager about an employee that walked out. This wait was after a 5 minute wait in the drive thru while said manager was outside on the phone complaining and then shut down the drive thru right in front of me. With a simple apology and more venting to me about her issue. Sorry but I dont really care and now my lunch break is shot.

This place gave me a cold ass burger and fries soda was pure ice and I ask for ketchup and ranch lady ask if I can move up to TR he parking lot to wait for my order when dude came to give me my order I ask if there was ranch and ketchup? He look straight into my eyes and said yes I put it there my self so he walks off I open the bag and no ketchup and ranch only a coldass burger and nasty old fries... Hate this place..

Very unfriendly they talk with each other and cant get a smile from them. I felt like I was interrupting them. This is with the manager leading the talk. Unclean, tables not even wiped off. I love burger King but this one they could close down and only ones that would miss it is the high school students that take up the seats but do not buy anything.

Poor service in drive through. Asked for cream and sugar in my coffee. Told they would put it on the side, they would not put it in for me. Whatever. Was in a hurry. Got my order and get to my destination and no cream and sugar. Seems to be par for the course with this Burger King!

There card scanner has been out of service for quite some time now and they didnt even bother to put a sign informing customers that it was out of service till my husband said something. Feel kinda embraced ordering and for them to say at the last minute that the scanner is still broke..

They are always friendly and they always get the order right! The only odd thing is driving to the front so they can bring your food out.. Im assuming so you dont hold the line .. but often times they meet you out there before you park! But over all great

Have had over half my orders wrong or incomplete. Have called the store several times and also corporate. for some reason they cannot seem to get things correct. Dont waste your time customizing your order because chances have it they will get it wrong.

Employees rather chat with each other than wait on customers..4 people totally ignored me and i was the only one there trying to order. The big fat manager was too busy flirting with the cooks to notice..his ass should be fired..do not go here!!!

This place needs better management is always dirty here and burgers dont look freshly made or taste like it either I had to get wet napkins to clean the table where and me and my wife ate we gonna try to avoid this place for now on.

I honestly do not see all the problems students from Greeley West have. I am also a student and i find the place great and i always see the same people in there making it familiar. I love this Burger King.

I cant go here anymore. I used to go there every morning for a couple biscuits with cheese. They never put the cheese on there, but always charge me for it. I cant give them my business any longer

Today I found a hair in my friea. The same thing happened 2 weeks ago. The employees are the rudest I have ever met. I said my name was Cesar and they spelt it wrong. 1/100 would come back.
