No attention to detail and no concern about losing customers. We ordered online (easyeats, which is a great service) about a month ago. Ordered the stromboli and it arrived without any sauce. Ordered tonight (after calling the restaurant and confirming stromboli comes with marinara sauce) and the stromboli came with sauce, but without sausage and filled with a barely melted wedge of cheese inside. Called restaurant and got attitude from the teenager who answered the phone: There was "nothing" he could do and all managers/owners were gone. Finally got number for the owner Steve and left a message. Message never returned. Ragazzi serves a $10 grilled cheesed sandwich that is called a stromboli and serves it with a flippant attitude. This is how businesses end up going out of business. If your business makes a mistake fix it. Dont ignore it, acknowledge it and fix it. Needless to say we will never order from them or dine-in. We have been going there since it was called Valeros. No more. We will take our business elsewhere. The photos of the disgusting bready cheese sludge they serves us will definitely be blasted all over FB. Update: Have had to file a complaint with the BBB. Posted my complaint with photos to Ragazzis FB page. It was deleted. No response to it, no phone calls, no emails. Zip from Ragazzis. No posts at all from any users for a month or more on the page, but lo and behold minutes after I reposted my complaint, some random user from Erie noticed and called my complaint "not very credible." Someone from Ragazzi played along with this allegedly random user and claimed that despite being contacted I made it clear that an apology and refund were not sufficient. No one from Ragazzi has ever contacted me. They are complete charlatans and certainly unprofessional. They are going to great lengths to avoid apologizing and refunding $9.99. The complaint was filed with BBB a week ago today, and so far, Ragazzis has failed to respond to the BBB. Absolutely disgusted with the egregiously unprofessional behavior. Would not order from, or eat in there again even with a gun pointed at my head.

Ive gone here twice. The first time, the service was slow. And by slow I mean it was 20 minutes before we received a menu, and were able to put a drink order in. We were just about to stand up and leave when someone came to say hello. We ordered finally, and the food was really good. Overall the experience the first time was fair. The service was terrible, but like I said, the food was good. The second time, I placed a phone order to avoid the lousy service. I ordered 2 calzones. One was a menu item, and the second was custom ordered. After I placed the order, the person taking my order (Aaron), said $23.50, and it would be ready in 20 minutes. I asked him to repeat the order, and he did, but put it in wrong. We got it straight, or at least he repeated it straight. It was a little annoying. Anyway I arrived 30 minutes after placing the order, and I sat at the bar waiting after the acknowledgement was made that I was to pick up my order. I waited again for about 10-15 minutes, and finally Aaron came out with it. I paid for it and walked out. When I looked at the receipt, I was charged for a salad that I didnt order, and it appeared as thought the order was messed up. When we got home to eat, they were awesome. Everything was there (except the salad). Bottom line, Food is really good, but the service is terrible.

Made an order for a dinner with family out of state. Opened and saw overcooked pasta with a little bit of sauce at the bottom. Didnt look appetizing at all and was embarrassing as I wanted to order a nice meal for family. The order was supposed to come with sides of garlic bread and salad. Received no salad and was charged extra for the garlic bread. Not to mention we ordered something different, chicken Alfredo but received no chicken and hardly any sauce. Unprofessional and it not being on the menu shouldnt be an excuse for the high end restaurant they claim to be. We called and the chicken and extra sauce came an hour later. Not only that but they overcharged us. We called and they offered a gift card, but do they think we really want to eat there again? We are only receiving $25 back from the $96 that we were overcharged. Terrible service to me and the food was less appetizing then what we could get elsewhere. Basically got charged almost $100 for two lousy servings of unsauced pasta and cold garlic bread. Could just be my familys bad experience, but I dont usually do these reviews and the quality of food for the price was very distressing.

I found this place as I was driving by during lunch and just stopped in. The food is, according to the waiter, all hand made from scratch. I found it to be excellent, and the atmosphere is cozy nice. Ive since taken my wife twice for lunch and we love the food, BUT the service is the worst Ive ever encountered. I thought about rating them 3 stars for this but I love the food and atmosphere. Every time Ive waited for more than 30min just to place an order, and this place is not that busy. Ive tried to catch the waitresses eye while they are hiding in the back on their cell phone, but then they look away and ignore me for 15min! Every time Ive been there it has taken me over an hour to dine there and I eat like a soldier in a rush! Its ridiculous! But the food is Great. Just plan on a taking much more time to account for the very, very slow service.

Best Italian food in Longmont. I grew up in this neighborhood and this place has been here for decades. The parents sold the place to their kids a few years ago so its a true local neighborhood Italian restaurant in every sense of the world. They make their own pasta on site. The owner even had the spaghetti machine custom designed to get just the right width for the noodles (I know this because he brought the custom made part out to show me when I asked about the noodle size). Its not a fancy place, (yea, they use iceberg lettuce in some of their salads) its just great neighborhood Italian like youll find all over larger cities like NY or Boston. Either you like it or you dont. Personally, I love it.

We hit up Ragazzi and I was impressed. Now I am not from New Jersey/York but I like to eat. This place is not a top flight, fancy restaurant but it is quaint, clean and cozy. We ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip and I was better than most we have had; large chunks of artichokes, a strong garlic presence, and covered with a cheese crust. We both had a modest Ceasar salad and a glass of house wine. My wife had the Lasagna and I had the Ravioli Marsala. Both entrees were decent. We had a coupon which brought our total down to the low 30s. Not bad. We plan on returning for happy hour sometime to grab another Dip for half price!

I was not that impressed with Ragazzi Italian Grill and my to go order. Although the place was quite nice, my order was well OVER-cooked and I did not get any eating utensils with my to-go order. I got a lunch calzone and not only was it was quite burnt, but they had also put marinara sauce inside the calzone, making the bread soggy and burnt. Quite a combination! Furthermore, there was very little cheese in the calzone. Needless to say I was not super impressed with the food nor the flavors. Although, I had heard good things about Ragazzi, I would not recommend going to eat there.
