Everything about this restaurant is topnotch. The food is consistently good and hot; the prices are comparable to other Mexican restaurants; the servers are extremely friendly and helpful; they DO write separate checks if you ask nicely; the owners were not advised about the no alcohol situation (being within 500 yards of a school!) when they bought the building. It is a shame because many folks like a margarita with Mexican food but its not their fault that Colorado has a no-disclosure law. They are making the best they possibly can out of a bad situation and doing a heck of a job of it, too.

Ive been there twice, a few months apart. I really wanted this place to be good as I live nearby. While the service was friendly and fast, the food was horrible both times. The beef in the beef burrito was was a tepid watery tasteless mess, the green chili was cloudy with off flavors, nothing tasted or looked as if it had been freshly prepared. Based on food quality alone, I give Taco Bell a 5 out of 10. Id give Las Fuentes a 2 out of 10. Yes, Taco Bell is twice as good and costs half as much, sadly.

It is an okay restaurant; we have eaten here 3 times-we wanted to give it a fair chance-we were all sick later in the evening on all 3 occasions. The older male server wasnt attentive. Maybe the server was in a grumpy mood or tired that evening? Waited and waited for our check but never received it-finally asked for it. Waited another 10 minutes for a to go box that we had asked for. All three times we had come for supper but it want busy. Its okay food. Overpriced. Will not be returning.

Yummy Mexican food at a great price. They are ridiculously fast and friendly. The family who owns it makes a point of getting to know you when you are there which is always very welcoming and makes you feel special. Havent had anything there yet that we dont like. Also, oddly enough there French toast that is served all day is absolutely delicious. My personal favorite is the number 21 burrito supreme or the enchiladas. You cant go wrong!

Just left this place. Ive been here before and it was OK but today I ordered the Early Bird Special it and it came out three minutes later (took longer to get my order taken) so everything was obviously already made and the hashbrowns taste like they were soaked in week old oil. Disgusting! Did not pay for the two bites I took and I will not return. Not recommended.

I never post any reviews but in this case was the absolutely appropriate, Excellent food, the Best Fajitas Ive tried.... and I was Tapatio fan..... not any more, outstanding service all our dishes were delicious and very well presented.... and very reasonable prices... super recommended....

Without hyperbole I think this is the best green chili I have ever had in the Denver area (I know, thats a big claim). The folks at Las Fuentes are hardworking and kind and totally dedicated to making sure you have a good experience. Their tamales and chiles rellenos are also fabulous.

I am disappointed that they cant have a liquor license because theyre too close to a high school, but theyre so delicious. I suggest the enchiladas, machaca, tamales, and of course the giant burritos are fantastic. I am partial to the carnitas tacos but everything there is awesome

I ate here for the first time a few days ago. I ordered their grande burrito figuring I couldnt go wrong. The ground beef was watery and tasteless and the whole burrito didnt even fill me up. Service was good but my meal was very unimpressive. Ill stick with Jose OSheas.

Best Mexican food in Denver!! The green chili is amazing . I wont eat anywhere else for smothered breakfast burritos. Love!!!! The only place in town I have found that makes their Horchata from scratch. Its heaven! The service is wonderful. We love it here!

I would not recommend this restaurant nor would I return. We never received our food so I cant say if was the best in town, but so far CO has been dissapointing when it comes to eating out (especially Mexican restaurants).

No seasoning. No spice. Everything tasted bland and straight from a bag or a can. Plates were hot, but food was cold, like... my refried beans were able to be cut. Older croud, understandably so.

Oh my the breakfast burritos were the best that I have had. I got bacon and the chorizo and both did a number on the hangover I was nursing and at 3.50$/each, didnt wreck the wallet.

Get the breakfast burrito! Great value, great for taking on-the-go. Just the right size at the right price. Not just a bunch of tortilla folded over itself. They actually fill it up.
