My husband and I used to go here frequently when we lived closer, today was the first time we visited in about 2 years. The interior and wait staff uniforms have been majorly upgraded since the last time we ate here. The food is still delicious, the staff is friendly, and food/beverage arrives to the table in a timely manner. I ordered the pancake of the month (lemon, blueberry & ricotta) and a vanilla latté, I was fully satisfied with my choices and look forward to coming back here for breakfast again.

Great food! Reasonable prices! I love the breakfast burrito smothered in their homemade pork green chilli. They also have great peppered sausage gravy. The service is also very prompt. I consider myself a regular here now! As far as what that other guy said about it not being a local company... It is a franchise but it was started in Colorado and the corporate headquarters is in Littleton. This store is owned by Coloradans...Seems local to me. How is it not a local company??

This place exceeded my expectations. All of the food was delicious. I ordered the "18 Wheeler" but substituted regular french toast with churro French toast. It was French toast rolled in cinnamon and sugar and served with cream cheese topping. My wife had the regular French toast with strawberries. Both were excellent. The eggs and bacon were good but there is something about the potatoes that was outstanding. We also had a strawberry, banana, blueberry smoothie.

My wife ordered a gluten free waffle and apparently the server did not put it in as gluten free as my wife has now been throwing up this morning after breakfast. The staff here should pay much more attention when customers are ordering food with dietary restrictions as that is why we went to Le Peep in the first place because generally they have excellent gluten free options.

My ears are still ringing from the noise from the kitchen. It was unbearable when I was by the kitchen entrance but still unpleasant from across the restaurant; like a noisy extractor fan or something. I hope the staff are issued with ear defenders. Great service from the staff though, and the food was reasonable.

Not accommodating of a larger group with young children. Maybe the tables can not be pushed together for larger groups...teenager running the register was on checking his cell phone and people who came in after us were Sat before us. In the end we left without being Sat or eating.

The eggs were cold, the waffle was burned, drink orders totally forgotten & when we told the girl up front who asked about our experience, she couldnt have cared less. The service & the food have gone downhill in last couple of months.

Best breakfast in Highlands Ranch hands down. The staff is very warm and always a pleasure to work with. Troy is the best manager ever! I really cant say enough good things about the good energy and vibe gives me before work.

LePeep is my absolute favorite breakfast place. I probably have it about twice a week on average. They have great gluten free options and staff is always very friendky. If you get the coupon book, prices are also amazing.
