Arrived at this location around 8pm on a Wednesday to find the doors locked. Thinking it was a mistake, I knocked on the door and was greeted (reluctantly) by a teenage employee that decided he was closing up shop early. I asked about the hours (which stated on the door that theyre open until 10:00pm) and he said he was only scheduled until 8:00. He said the food was already stored for the evening so he couldnt serve me. Another couple with kids were right behind me and received the same treatment. This isnt the only time Ive had poor service here... I live here in CP so I continue giving them a shot due to the lack of options in this town, but time and time again they disappoint. Their overall rudeness, the time it takes anyone of their employees to make a sandwich, and the simple lack of care in preparing the food has never been worse in my years of frequenting the Subway brand. The combination of exceptionally poor management along with incompetent employees has made this location the poorest Subway restaurant I have ever visited.

Horrible customer service!!!!! Attempted to place an order for an office to be picked up. Was first rudely told to call back in 5 mins because he couldnt help me, asked about online ordering and was told he didnt have time for that. Then when I called back, answered off of caller ID, didnt even greet, just picked up the phone and told me that he couldnt help us today because he was alone at lunch rush then hung up... Needless to say will not be using this Subway again... If youre understaffed, you cant give good customer service as exampled by your horrible service today.

Two young men presumably college students named Aaron and Art were incredibly helpful with suggestions when I ordered a dozen sandwhiches during a seemingly busy part of the day. Neither one of them dropped their smiles a single time and were very attentive and careful in the preparation of the subs. Only downside was the intense upsell push for a double meat sandwhich? Not generally a big fan of Subway but these two have shown that service is just as if not more important then the food itself. Look for these two nice gentlemen if your ever in!

Came in today to get a sandwich store had a good amount of people in it, the line moved a little slow but thats fine you could tell that Ollie was a newer employee and had to think about what went on the sandwich but he didnt freak out he just kept going in a fast paced world some people are just rushing around I really enjoyed the sandwich he made for me and give him credit

Terrible! Messed up our sandwiches today. On another occasion, had to deal with a rude, disheveled and somewhat smarmy teenage employee. On a third occasion, my wifes sandwich was messed up by an employee that was clearly high. They guy couldnt even take basic instructions. Poor, poor service. Worst subway Ive ever been to.

Could not tell if the guy making my sandwich was high or just stupid. The bread was rock hard, the cheese was clearly old (hard on edges), and half of my sub had way too much sauce while the other half was dry. He also moved at a snails pace. Too many sandwich places around to let your store slip so bad!

Stopped in for a quick sammie on vacation road trip from Wyoming back to New Mexico. Aaron was our sandwich artist; not only was he fast and extra efficient, but also one of the best forefronts of ANY subway we have ever been to. Give this kid a RAISE. Fast, friendly, good sandwiches.

I went in only expecting a plain sub but when I saw the way the sandwich artists carressed their meats I knew I was in for a treat!! P.S. you need to try the secret sauce ;) 10 out of 10 would recommend the male employees had my love tunnels quivering

I have been here multiple times because I live close by and every time they are out of critical items such as ham, cookies, meatballs, Chipotle southwest sauce etc. The employees, for the most part, are horrible with customers.

Customer service is great ! My granddaughter dont eat bread so Nate made my granddaughter a special tray with her meat and cheese. No other Subway has done this for us and I was very thankful to have been served by him.

Some guy named Art who worked there by himself was really nice to me and all of the customers. The line was out of the door and he got done with everyone in about 10 minutes, thank you, a great experience over all.

Manger Disrespect her employe in front of the customers and she was being racist to 3 mexican customers and one of her employes treated us well and was the only one working.
