This is by far the worst Subway Ive ever been to. Im all for hiring "young adults" but these 14 year olds have NO IDEA what theyre doing!! They have no "sandwhich artist" technique, no sense of urgency, and no hospitality standards whatsoever. Yesterday evening was my second time visiting this location on Manitou Avenue and it was the same young blonde girl working (no name tag) and she still doesnt know how to do her job. The lady in front of me ordered a double chicken chopped salad and the girl put the lid on it without adding any sort of lettuce, the lady had to speak up and ask for it and the girl just said (without eye contact) "well most people ask for EXACTLY what they want." and to my shock, the woman actually appologized to her! Then after she added the lettuce the salad still didnt even cover half the platter, so the lady asked, "Is that it!?" red it the face, and since the girl obviously couldnt hear her angry tone and didnt notice the upset body launguage she just replied, "yep." that salad looked SAD and the lady who shockingly paid, looked pissed! Ten minutes later. It was our turn. I ordered a roast beef foot long, and a young boy who just walked it made it... And he didnt wash his hands before picking up the gloves he wore...gross. Then seriously, he just kind of tossed the meat onto the bread, Im used to a nice fold, that the other locations do, makes the sandwhich feel more meaty, but whatever. Then at the register I told the girl I would like 12 cookies and she visibly looked annoyed and thats when I realized that she was going to have to make more cookies now, because I pretty much cleaned them out with that dozen.... Poor girl. Jobs are hard....... By the way, all the cookies, especially the pumkin spice were underbaked and raw in the center.

Tonight, May 19th we went into this Subway at 8:45 pm to get something to eat. The business closes at 9. The two girls working there, Lizzie and Kalea told us we had to leave at 9 because they were closed and she had to go pick someone up. We had not finished our sandwich. I and both the people with me own businesses. If I had an employee that acted like these girls did tonight I would fire them on the spot.

Young adults working behind the counter were fantastic. They were very friendly and openly engaged each constomer in conversation during the order. I would come back again just due to the customer service. I never bother with reviews because I never really saw the point. Their service made me want to write one.

Price gouging due to tourism unacceptable. Went here 2 times got same thing both times but paid substantial different prices. Checked other subways to confirm my suspicions and I was correct they are gouging.

I see a 3.9 but I have no idea why. Ive read the other reviews and today 9/18/17 those working here are great. Friendly, know what they are doing and the autumn carved turkey was very good. Very clean.

The employees make each sandwich exactly how they were trained to and the bread is always fresh. The fountain drinks were also properly maintained, sometimes its hard to find that.
