Literal trash. I havent had it in so long, due to the fact I really disliked it previous times. Figured they probably improved after years of not trying their food, so I ordered it recently. Unfortunately I was wrong. Ordered a triple treat box and the whole brownie was badly stuck to the pan. It also wasnt soft at all, as if it had been sitting out for a day or two. Pizza was missing cheese, due to the fact it wasnt cut proportionally. It wasnt tore up horribly but I could see just the crust and sauce exposed in the middle of one pizza. I asked for extra cheese, too. There was barely any cheese on both pizzas. The breadsticks were burnt around the edges. Totally bummed me out cause I was hungry and spent my last $20 for a lame meal. This specific store gives Pizza Hut as a franchise in general a bad rep. Every other Pizza Hut Ive been to out of Leadville tastes good to me and has super fast delivery, even in the city. It also takes them way less time to make the pizza every single time when they get lots more customers in cities and they dont make it horribly. Gosh...how hard is it to make a pizza? Honestly. At least its one of the only places in Leadville that provides people with jobs, maybe they should try a bit harder. Even if theyre baked outta their minds like the other reviews suspect, they still should be able to cook up some bomb pizza. I really wanted to like this but I wasnt pleased with the quality or taste.

First attempt here... they could not make pizza because the computer was down. Really, computer to make pizza? When I went in the building, all the employees saw me and went into the back cooler so they did not have to talk to me and remained there for at least 5 minutes until I left. Second attempt, I called them to order - no answer. So I figured maybe they were busy so I drove there. Sign on the door that they have plumbing problems so you need to call to order carry out. DID THAT - no one awnsered. But then I found a group of employees standing by the main door, all on their cell phones and one of them had his arm down his pants literally to his elbow for the several minutes we were in the parking lot. I only wish I would have got a picture of them all standing there in their pizza hut uniforms with the hands in their pants. I am normally one that likes pizza hut, but I will not visit this place or even attempt to the remainder of our month stay here. Worst run place I have ever seen clearly... and based on the fact that 14 out of 15 reviews on google being 1-star, I strongly recommend everyone else avoid this place like the plague... and maybe corporate pizza hut should start looking for a way to remove their franchise... or the health department shut them down.

This Pizza Hut is TERRIBLE. I dont understand why, either, because theyre never busy when I go in there. I might understand if they were always swamped.. Theyve never gotten my food right even once, and they take a very long time to do anything, no matter how simple. It takes them over an hour to deliver, no matter how close you are to their store (and trust me, most of us in town are about 5-10 minutes away if that). If you decide to get carry-out, you can bet youre going to wait around for 20 minutes before they give you your food, and the dining room will be completely empty while this is happening. One time I ordered three pizzas, and it confused the pizza boy behind the cashier girl. The order was apparently too big for him to understand. It was two pepperonis and a cheese. The cashier girl had to turn around and literally read the pizzas out to him, twice. He was probably stoned out of his mind. So basically, do not go here unless youre REALLY craving Pizza Hut. Its just not worth it. Id rather pick up a frozen pizza from Safeway.

I was skeptical to go there due to the negative reviews, but a friend and I were in the mood for pizza and decided to go there after learning they were under new management from the sign out front. We thought that meant they had improved. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We received poor service from a waitress who seemed to be in a huge hurry despite the place being almost empty. The pizza from the buffet was of reasonable quality until I bit into a slice of sausage pizza and the crust shattered in my mouth like an eggshell. Several other slices I ate did that too. In addition, some toppings were hard as a rock, like they had been sitting out for days. I quickly lost my appetite and stopped eating; my friend did the same and had the same experience with poor food quality. So, if youre in the mood for pizza, cough up the extra money and go to High Mountain Pies. Leadville Pizza Hut: It pains me to say this, but you have some work to do.

I generally love Pizza Huts pizza, but this store has made me disgusted by it! I used to work at a Pizza Hut myself, and Ive observed multiple times how terrible the cleanliness and management of the restaurant is. The kitchen is ridiculously gross and looks like it is seldom cleaned, the crew looks very dirty and unprofessional, the service is slow because the employees cant keep up with what little business they have, and most of all the pizza tastes terrible! There is hardly any toppings on it, it is always burned, and it always makes my stomach feel terrible for a day. Dont bother stopping by here if you want good pizza. In all honesty, Kum n Go has way better pizza than here. I wont ever be giving this business another dime.

I have been working in food for the past two years and never felt the need to stop what Im doing and help the staff. It was busy maybe four tables with three or four people each. The fountain was out of ice and several of the drink options were empty. There were three guys working and only one bothered to try and wait tables. There was no silverware rolled so I went ahead and rolled enough silverware for my family, as I was finishing one of the employees told me that I cant do that because he would get in trouble. The food was decent, but the place was gross. Plates were everywhere and nobody seemed to care. If I hadnt been hiking and camping in the mountains for the past week I wouldve walked out.

Worst place ever. From the few experiences Ive had, Ashley the "manager" is a joke. She runs away from customers. The guy with dreads was the only one doing anything. He sat us and took our order, then he went and made it and served it. Why isnt he the manager. He actually worked. Service from the other servers suck. They acted like we were bothering their social hour. Give the black guy with the dreads a raise and fire Ashley. She is literally the worst manager Ive ever talked to. The food can be good, the service is the worst of any place Ive ever eaten ever. Fire everyone start over.

Double charged, called to report it reached a real tool Trenton. He said without receipt nothing could be done, thats not acceptable, then he went on to say when Manager got in at 4 pm maybe she can give you an in store credit. What a jerk you should be fired. Took 4 calls and a waste of an hour of my time to reach Manager. Her excuse they dont ring tip correctly. Said Trenton lacks in social skills, guess what so do you. Never apologized either, worst manager and Trenton the tool is a jerk. I have to wait 3 days for the extra $30 to drop off. I will never go back, ever!
