We went here today because my daughter absolutely loves this place. I was hesitant because I had tried a burrito at the west side location and hated it. I planned on only getting guacamole and chips on this trip, that was until I met Jennifer, the employee who assisted us. I can emphatically state that she offered THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE!!! She took the time to explain other options and talked me into tacos, which turned out to be very good. Due to this great experience, Chipotle has gained a new customer as I will definitely be going back. Jennifer made me feel like a valued customer and she is to be commended for knowing how to treat customers to ensure their loyalty.

Horrible customer service. The servers roll their eyes at you for every little thing you ask on your meal. The last two times I went, after telling them loud and clear what I wanted on my burrito, they decide to put the opposite ingredients. To top it off, they get upset because I rejected my order. So they decide to make a new one, but throwing everything all over the place and doing it like if they are making it for free. Its not hard to do your job. If you dont like it, get a new job or go to college. Last time I ever go to this location.

Absolutely horrible. I love Chipotle and go here like once a week. Right now Im on vacation and decided that a Chipotle burrito sounds good. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a chipotle. The tortilla is extremely cold and wasnt even wrapped correctly which forced all the insides to fall out. The chicken was burnt and cold and the corn salsa was horribly strong. If its youre first time eating chipotle DO NOT come here, it will only ruin this amazing restaurant.

I would have to say I hate Mcdonalds, but after eating this Pseudo-mexican food I had to run to the McBeside of it to buy something else, I odered a chicken burrito with brown/blackbeans lettuce, pico de gallo, and corn... by the time I paid, half of the burrito has almost frozen.... Instead of keeping the topings fresh they keep it almost freeezed and that caused the whole meal to be cold as their heart when serving that crap... never coming back....

One of my favorites! Depending on what time of day you go will determine how skimpy your order will be, though. Seems like during the day, employees like to half the spoonful and then charge you extra when you ask for the other half of your original spoonful. Seating is limited inside, so prepare to sit outside. Parking is small, but you can park at the McDonalds next door.

Dont forget you can add extra ingredients at no cost! (Except the meat and guacamole) So dont be afraid to fill up your burrito bowl with extra rice, beans and all ingredients with a free side tortilla. I believe one burrito bowl like that can fill up 2 people unless you can eat that huge of a portion..

Everytime Ive been to this location its horrible. They have a bunch of teenagers running the place. The food is cold and disgusting. They need new management and staff. The chips are always stale as well! Would not recommend this location.

I like chipotle, but this was disgusting our fajita veggies were burnt black the portions were tiny and the taste was absolutly horrible. Like absolutly horrible, i spit my food out amd my wife almost threw up.
