The last three times that I have ordered from this store they have not only messed up my order but taken longer to create the order (often waiting until I go to pick it up) and give terrible customer service (rude, un-knowledgeable cashiers, blatantly ignoring customers, watching movies instead of working). I called today to inquire if maybe I am ordering incorrectly and the lady I talked to said she didnt know why this has happened, didnt offer to look into it or make it right, and had a terrible attitude. If it wasnt for the pizzas being so good and them supposedly being under new management I would never give this store my business, but after the customer service I received today I am giving my business to a restaurant that actually cares about their customers.

This was the worse experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. We ordered a Pizza and Wings, after 10 mins of standing at the counter and no one acknowledging us. Then the person taking our order wanted to rush us into ordering, and didnt even allow us to see a menu after we asked what sides they had. Sat down and waited for our order, floor was dirty, tables were sticky, and the restroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a week. After 50 mins of waiting (they told us 25 mins) I look on the counter behind the register and ask the order taker if that was our order that had been sitting there for 30 mins. He smirks and states "Oh yeah, here..." There are many great places to eat in the valley, save your money and eat somewhere else.

Manager forgot the toppings, and instead of telling me. He let one pizza sit out and the other one he decided to put toppings in a tin and heat them and then put them on the pizza hoping I did not find out. When I opened the pizza box the ham was wet and cold, I then asked him and he said...well it is partially cooked. The manager could have just told me they forgot the toppings, which would have been no big deal. Instead he tried to disguise it, which did not work out. It did not help that the Orkin man was doing his rounds in the restaurant at the time of my order. Change the employees, clean the place and debug and we will come back.

There have been 6 times (yes, 6 in the past 4 months) that I have tried to call in and order and they never answer- or they answer, put me on hold and never come back (Ive stayed on hold for 25 minutes before). I wonder how many other people this has happened to. They need to have more people on the busy shifts because they are losing a lot of business by being cheap and unorganized. Not to mention the fact that when I do actually get in touch with them to place an order, the people dont speak English and dont understand what I am saying and then screw up my order. Very frustrating.

Called to make sure they had received our web order due to previous problem. She stated they didnt have the order. I told her I had an order number and she did find it. Showed up at noon to pick it up and they only made one sandwich instead of two. Wanted to know if we really wanted the second sandwich. The staff at this restaurant are so SUB-STANDARD! This type of problem happens continually at this location. LOVE Pizza Hut, HATE this location! Come on Pizza Hut, cant you fix this restaurant?

Very helpful and friendly staff (Jenifer and the manager) Food was great compared to my last experience with a different store location. Everything was clean and a great salad bar. They also have a couple TVs and we were able to watch NHL playoffs while we ate. Both employees had to deal with an angry customer who was completely in the wrong and wouldnt stop. Glad to see how well they handled the situation, very impressed!

I live in California, it is my first time I come to Colorado. I read a lots of review about this branch. I did not want to buy pizza from it because of reviews. I know they are little bit slow but honestly the girl who work in Pizza hut was so nice. We order one pizza medium and she offer two medium pizza for 15 dollar include tax. We have to pay 12.99 for each one. It was good. Hope they improve your speed a little.

Ordered a pizza online at 4:30, scheduled the pickup for 6:15. Went to pick it up at 6:15, paid at the register, thought I might have to wait 5-10 minutes. 45 minutes later, they hand me my pizza. I ask if theres anything they can do for me since I stood there for 45 minutes and the order was placed at 4:30. They said they couldnt do anything since I had already paid???? Pathetic. Ill never go back.

This place is ok for pizza, but Id rather go to dominos. The orders here always take twice as long and they wont tell you they havent even started your order until after youve come in to pay at the time they said it was ready. To have to wait another 20 minutes is extremely irritating. Honestly, drive down the block to dominos. Their food is better and so is the service.

Pretty good food. I would like to say, dont believe the system when it tells you your pizza is ready. 3 times now I went inside and had to wait 5 more mins for my pizza to be ready. Overall it does have nice staff, seating, a few arcade games and several quarter machines for tiny toys and stickers. It is easy access off of I-70.

We preordered the pizza and got to the restaurant at 7:45 and the manager was rude and said that since they close in 15 mins she cant have us eat in and we had to take our pizza to go! The worst experience ever. Why be in this business of you cant serve customers? Save yourself and go somewhere else.

We were seated 40 minutes ago and still havent gotten our food. The waiter seems nice enough but they need more man power or something. This is frustrating. Not to mention that the manager is arguing with the guy at the register that he has been charging everyone twice for their food.

Filthy Kitchen stacked with dirty dishes. Busboy dropped plates to the buffet and then picked them up and stacked them for use, unsanitary dirty plates for customers shame. Vending machines are a joke and steal your quarters use at own risk.

Very bad service, waiter was rude and late for everything, the lack of personall makes for a dirty restaurant, the first table was full of dirty plates which seemed to be their a long time and it seemed they would stay there for much longer.

Wasnt really busy food came out accurately and quick. Waitress was nice and friendly. Was a lot of water on floor from melted snow. My son slipped once or twice. Wouldnt be hard to run a mop across especially since it was slow.

Terrible experience... tables were sticky, never offered refills until we were done wit our food, and the kitchen staff messed up our order twice and then tried overcharging us. This location gives pizza hut a bad rep.
