I have had the worst experience with the Heber Citu Pizza Hut. Tonight I placed an order online and didnt realize I forgot to order something until the delivery driver showed up so I called the place the second order. Now you instead of talking to someone who is at the store you are connected with a dispatcher(I wasnt aware of this at first). The dispatcher somehow managed to send my order to SLC who I got a call from about 30 minutes later when they realized the mistake that I was in Heber not SLC. I called again and again was connected with a dispatcher who said he would connect me with the store but instead I was yet again connected to a dispatcher who placed me on hold for 15 minutes while he tried to contact the store himself and no one ever answered. He told me I would be contacted by a manager shortly and I never was. I called back talked to a dispatcher who again tried to connect me with the store and still no answer. It is a Monday night there is no way they are that busy. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again after all this run around just to talk to someone at my own local Pizza Hut. I have worked in Customer Servcie for 6 years and never experienced anything this ridiculous before.

we live in Heber City Utah now, keep giving Pizza Hut a try on Pizza. AGAIN DISAPPOINTED, YECK!!!!!! DONE WITH PIZZA HUT HERE, CRAP. HORRIBLE QUALITY, tasted like it was microwaved Pizza and wings. YECK !!!!!!!! Especially the veggie pizza, 3 pieces of veggie on each piece !!!!!!!! Cant believe they would put that in a box and call it veggie pizza and be happy with their work ?????? Wings, microwaved along time ago, and just squirted on sauce. Terrible and Hard. In the past tried to return food to them. Get the same dang terrible food. NEVER AGAIN. DONE WITH PIZZA HUT HERE IN HEBER. I would NEVER GIVE THEM A STAR, but they wont let you post unless U Rate them

Order once before nothing I mean nothing was right it was like we got someone elses order so they gave us a credit for are next order so we order again and it was right and quick few months go by witch is tonight and are order is right but are pizza was very I mean very under cooked so bad we had to put it in the over for 15mins at 450 so it wasnt so grows this has to be one of the worst managed pizza huts ever if you want pizza order dominos or if you want Pizza Hut get it in park city

First I was disconnected while trying to place my order then I called back and had to start my order over only got to give them my delivery info then I was told I needed to talk with the manager and got transfered for a 20 minute hold before I even got to place my food order then my order arrived wrong. Bad first experience not sure if I will try them again.

Typical pizza hut.. staff was mostly friendly but totally got the order wrong. It took them a min to acknowledge us when we first walked in. Not too bad of a location, parking out back isnt a huge parking lot but had plenty of spots. Will give it to them though, probably one of the better pizza huts Ive been to as far as quality of food goes.
