Awesome comfort food! We had the Colorado mac and cheese w/ green chili and it was fantastic. Hot, fresh, generous portions with just the right amounts of cheese and green chili. The green chili had a nice kick to it without being too spicy. We went for lunch and had plenty left over for dinner, which was a good thing since thats all we wanted for dinner and would have gone back for more. It is no surprise that they won top honors at the Taste of Evergreen. They have a variety of mac and cheeses for different states ie. the Iowa has blue cheese and bacon, the Massachusetts includes crab meat. They also have gluten free options. Cant wait to cruise back there again (and again and again) to try the rest of their fare.

Everybody in the area said I had to try the "world famous" Mac & cheese this place is known for. I was unimpressed. Overpriced, rich, but bland and anybody can put toppings on a bowl of pasta. Its a home in the wall which has found a niche for comfort food. I just wish the taste and quality matched the reputation. Side note, the typing girl who took my order, could have been more friendly, especially as I went at a slow time of day. Showing you care about your clients does not cost anymore and tends to engender good will & repeat business.

I ordered the michigan mac and cheese which came with bacon chicken and ranch. Husband ordered a pepperoni pizza topped mac and cheese. We were both satisfied. Its filling so we took half home to devour later. Cute atmosphere nice friendly staff, they even have dog treats for your dog after a hike so everyone can carb load. I recommend it! I wouldve preferred crispier bacon is all but tasty treat all the same.

The way they theme their Mac & Cheese after the various States makes for very interesting combinations. As stated in a couple previous reviews, the Mac & Cheese is really rich and one serving can easily feed two people. We tried the St. Mikes - Curry Chicken and the St. Thomas - Jerk Chicken, both toppings had really good flavor and after asking, they do make their own spice blend. We will return.

This place is amazing! The mac and cheese options are endless, and they allow you to customize your meal. I got the one topped with sausage and grilled veggies, and my boyfriend got mac and cheese topped with chilli. Both were outstanding! The serving size is huge, so you will have some to take home. This a great spot if youre down for a little drive, and some comfort food.

Food is cooked in aluminum? Tastes like it. Spiral noodles are not my favorite (what about elbow macaroni?). St. Louis style not recommend, ribs are way over cooked. Good concept, bad execution; needs more talent from the cook (could be drunk/hungover). I will not go back! Limited to say the least, do you like pasta? OK for the kids, maybe.

Ive eaten here 3 times now and each dish was great! They give you an ample serving size for the price. I can tell they freshly bake it before giving it to us, so the cheese is nicely melted. I plan on ordering one of the family-sized dishes soon. A nice young couple own and operate the resturant. Indian Hills is lucky to have you.

I have been here a hand full of times and I love it every time. The staff is amazing, the food is amazing, ambiance is amazing. The whole experience is wonderful. It leaves me feeling refreshed and returns me back to younger years when Mac and Cheese ruled my world.

I have not had a bad meal here yet. Breakfast burrito and best coffee in Jefferson County. Cuban sandwich is to die for. Any mac-n-cheese dish so far has been the bomb. Go. You wont regret it.
