Horrible place!! We waited 25 minutes for 2 soup and sandwich meals and had to leave by the time we got our food and asked for it to go. They literally threw the sandwiches into the to go bag unwrapped with everything else thrown on top. We went back to show and talk to the manager, Jason, and all he said was "so the sandwich is messed up. Whats wrong?" When asked if they normally serve their customers like that and he said "well, yeah when we are busy..." (for the record, they were NOT busy. 2 orders were ahead of ours, thats it). I told them thats no excuse and he said "well it is an excuse (blah blah blah)" and threw the food back to our side of the register. He then started stomping away saying he would remake the sandwich. We said hell no- why would we want an upset employee making our food??? He had some more rude comments for us and we had some for him (told him to enjoy their reviews and a few other choice words...) and left with our pitiful meal. In hindsight, we should have gotten a refund but we were both too pissed at being so disrespected like that. Their other excuse was that they had 3 people quit today. I cant imagine why they would. Management seems so friendly and helpful. My husband will also be reviewing them on yelp with pictures of our food bag. AVOID THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING PISSED OFF AND DISRESPECTED!!!

I have worked in customer service for a pretty long time. Now Im a hairstylist down the street from this Panera. And after reading the other reviews and problems with other people I decided to leave my own. I am a vegetarian and it is very frustrating when you make it VERY clear that you do NOT want chicken or meat on something. I even pick an easier item usually just so they dont have trouble comprehending that I do not want it. Now, when the person at the speaker repeats it back to you saying NO chicken, youre pretty confident that there will be no chicken in it. So I grabbed my bag and I left. I literally work like one mile down the road and so I got here and looked. And guess what was in my salad? Chicken. After I repeated myself over and over and over again. The staff is never super stoked. Theyre always new people or super young people (so it seems) that have not been properly trained. Itd be nice to see either the owner or the manager at this location step up and reply to some of these reviews. Seeing as half of them are horrible. Make it up to your customers who spend OUR money on your subpar effort and service, and your lack of attention to detail. Especially when a salad and a drink costs thirteen dollars. Like seriously? Get it together Panera.

I live in the neighborhood and have always had great experiences with Panara. I ordered the Greek Chicken Salad and it was DELICIOUS!! The Vegetables were fresh, (Best Tomatoes) and the Chicken was delicious. I was disappointed however with the kids meal. My son is only 18mos old and does not eat very much. I asked for just a PB&J sandwich without sides or milk and was charged full Price for the meal. At the window I asked if they could take a little off the price as I already had milk and fruit in his diaper bag. They said "no, the meal price is for just the sandwich and that the sides are free" I asked her if I could come back every day and get just the milk and apple or bread for free and of course she said "NO". I admit I was being snarky but I just feel like its ridiculous to pay for $4.19 plus tax for 1/3 of a kids meal especially when I ordered a full meal and drink for myself. My total bill was $15.29 for the entire meal and my kid only ate a few bites of the $5 sandwich. Not very good customer service. I will continue to visit the Panara Bread locations as they have always been VERY accommodating: 14740 W Colfax Ave #110 Lakewood, CO and 7739 Wadsworth Blvd Arvada, CO 80003

Raw looking chicken I ordered a Southwest Chile Lime Chicken Salad and took it home. When I started to eat it I discovered that my chicken was very pink in color and looked uncooked. I picked every piece out of my salad and decided not to eat any more of fear of getting sick. I decided to call the location and tell them about my experience in fear of someone else getting the same thing and possibly getting sick. When I talked to the manager she replied "Oh its steamed. Its suppose to look that way on purpose." Im sorry but Im not going to take some flippant persons opinion that my chicken is suppose to look pink and uncooked. Heads up on how you want your food to look.

This Panera is newer. But is not as inviting or friendly as others. Cashiers act like its not their job to get you parties from the bakery. And every time we eat here something is missing from our order and when we go up to the counter to ask about it they say... "oh someone else must have took it" and they have to make it "again". It pretty much has happened everytime order a drink they have to make or pour like the chai latte or green tea. The food always seems to come out fine.

Newer location. Drive through is usually pretty quick and get orders correct. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Havent been inside so I cant say how clean it is but the outside is spotless. Pretty sure the inside is like any other Panera. Great food! Just wish they wouldnt stuff everything into one bag and wrap the sandwiches a bit better. Bag has ripped a couple of times leaving my sandwich face down on the ground. Always ends up being my sandwich and nobody elses. Lol

Embarrassingly enough, I had never been to Panera Bread until I went with a friend. It was much different than I expected, and I was pleasantly surprised! I had thought it was more of a sit-down and order restaurant, not a fast food-type order and then sit down. The food was make very quickly and was delicious! They have tons of soups and sandwiches to choose from. I had the turkey BLT and my date have the turkey chili soup. Both were amazing!

I live 2 miles away from this Panara, so i have been here a few times. Every time I have came here they mess my order up. Thy do not listen to what you want. I am highly allergic to cheese and asked for without it and they ended up giving me a grilled cheese instead of a salad. If I want Panara, I drive to the one farther away. This place is not worth having to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes to end up with the wrong order.

Sometimes the food is okay at times, but they run out of everything every time we go and very inconsistent each time we go. The same meal could be great okne day, and the next week it tastes nothing alike? For crying out loud please bake enough cookies to make it until you close. I can understand here or there, but every single time Ive been there for a year and a half?! Come on PB.
