I live in Evergreen, and go to this Starbucks all the time. Well after this morning I wont be going back. I ordered a creme brulee frapaccino. The lady taking my order questioned me on ordering a frapaccino because it was cold outside. That was the first rude thing that happened. It was early in the morning, and she apparently really didnt want to make a frapaccino. When I got to the window, she handed me my drink. It had none of the creme brulee sugar crystals on top like it usually does. Also, when I took a sip, it was watery and there were still chunks of ice that hadnt been blended. I asked the lady very nicely if she could put some of the creme brulee crystals on it, she told me they were out. I wish I wouldve been told this when I was ordering, bc if I wouldve known, I wouldve ordered something else. If Im going to be paying $6 to have a drink made for me, I would like to have it be made perfectly. I left, and didnt even say anything about the ice not being completely blended and it being watery. I already felt like the employees were making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. All in all I wont be going back, and my family will not either. It is too bad too because we had given then a lot of business, Ive lived in evergreen for a long time. You really disappointed me this time Starbucks... For the amount of money I spend at your coffee shop. I expect top customer service, and specialty drinks that are made correctly.

Went recently and ordered a caramel frappucino.The drink tasted nothing like caramel or anything I had ordered before,it tasted like black coffee.To top it off there was barely any caramel syrup AND there was a huge chunk of ice in my cup instead of the bad tasting coffee.Horrible
