Ive been here many many times over the past decade or more and this place has been on a long downhill slide with the food quality. The staff is super friendly but if the food isnt good its not worth your hard earned dollars. My wife and infant son were here about three weeks ago. I ordered one of their newer burger creations and it was terrible with a burned taste, even though the burger was ordered with "some pink". Fries were lukewarm and stale. At my wifes insistence we tried them again yesterday along with my mother in law and my young son. I ordered something I have been ordering there for years, the chicken teriyaki burger. They werent especially busy but it took nearly 40 minutes for our food to come out when we had allocated maybe 1 hour at most for lunch.... my sandwich had some kind of meat on it that was only vaguely recognizable as chicken (my mother in law asked how I liked my fish sandwich). In the past Ive always gotten an actual recognizable chicken breast on my sandwich but this looks like it came out of a plastic pouch after being thawed out of a freezer. To top it off the onion rings I ordered were burned (and yet lukewarm/cold, figure that one out) and the sandwich was served on a clearly stale bun.... All of that for $13 when I could have gone to any of the other numerous burger places within 5 minutes of Red Robin and gotten a better sandwich for $10. As much as I like the people here and as great as the "kid friendly" atmosphere is, we will not be dining here again.

Arrived on a sunday night at 9:10pm their hours of operation are until 10pm. I show up instant attitude from the bartender because I was there to an empty bar but 6 cocktail tables still there(the bartender doesnt cater to these people). I order a tall budlight and ask for a menu. I wait 10 mins while the bartender washes dishes until a menu arrives then followed by a tall draft beer. I then proceed to order a fried chicken sandwich with buzzard sauce and no onions on it and a side of broccoli which should be endless but Im not sure how that all works so I didnt really care. I wait about 10 mins which was fairly quick for my meal to arrive. I take my meal which was to go back to my hotel to open it up and find the following: a fried chicken sandwich with no buzzard sauce and onion on it no biggie and a side dish of broccoli that was about 2 pieces equivalent to about 2 forks of broccoli. My bill was 15.22 and I leave a $20 no attempt to ask for change or even given a receipt until I left. I have been to this establishment in the past (5 years ago) and it has always given me a bad taste in my mouth about red robins....red robin...yuck!!! I went in open minded for a 2nd chance and I will never ever go back again dont care what city or even I am given the food for free. They probably spit in my food because I showed up 50 mins before closing but at this point whatever Im over it. Good luck if you decide to go there

I was disappointed with the Bleu Ribbon burger. I couldnt taste the bleu cheese. I checked to see if it actually had any, it did, but very little. RR needs to send someone from their Kansas City, MO, stores to the Streetcar Named Desire in the Crown Center. The Streetcar makes a not disappointing Blue Cheese burger. Another member of our party said the clam chowder broth was like milk instead of rich and creamy. He rated the Crab Cake burger as below average. We had a group of seven. Usually about four order the fish and chips. No one ordered it this time because of the price increase to $13. The kitchen was late with the Bottomless Steak Fries.

Red Robin is out of chances to redeem themselves. We tried multiple locations multiple times and theyre just not good this one in particular was the worst. Service is horrible, late, slow, and incomplete. The manager actually looked disheveled and even dirty when he came out and made the server apologize to us for the poor service and awful food like he was a misbehaving child in grade school. The last time I ordered food there the burger actually came out cold enough that I considered it hazardous so order with caution if you dare.

Never again will I go to this location, me and a few coworkers came here on our lunch hour. We were seated and given our drinks and we ordered right away. We waited almost an hour with only our drinks on the table before we walked out because our lunch hour was over and were now running late for work. The staff seemed scrambled like they didnt know what they were doing, Im very dissipointed in this location and the service we received and do not recommend this location.

The WORST experience ever! I rarely complain but this dining experience was horrible from the minute we walked in the door and were seated at the worst table back by the kitchen, even though there were plenty of other nice tables. The service was slow and the waitress was rude, the food order was wrong and cold, the drink refills were non-existent. Couldnt even get silverware for everyone in our party. I called to discuss with the manager and he didnt seem to care. Boo!

Fries are always great and they have new sauces, I highly recommend the smokey bacon with the sweet potato fries.....Husband considers himself a burger snob....It took them 3 times to get a burger with any pink in it, but Im still giving them 4 stars, their kitchen manager Levi was great , came out and apologized the 1st and 2nd times, and fired the 3rd burger himself and upgraded it to an Angus patty to ensure it would have a pink middle. Great guy

My brothers and I sat in the bar area to eat and the bartender was our server. We were one of only a handful of tables. That said, he service was horrible. Our order was wrong. The macncheese burger we ordered came out with a tablespoon of macncheese on it. We had to wait another 10 minutes while they made another burger. Our server and the manager came over to apologize but didnt offer to do anything about it. Dont recommend this place.

Paid 12 dollars for clucks and shrimp. Got two pieces of chicken. Salty and soggy fries and shrimp. Didnt get a lemon, or any tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. I could get better service at mcdonalds. Id at least know what Im paying for. And I didnt even get my cole slaw that comes with. RED ROBIN WILL PROBABLY NEVER READ THIS OR CARE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. TRIED SPEAKING TO A MANAGER BUT WAS TOLD THEY WERE BUSY AND WOULD CALL ME BACK...still waiting.

Hostess sat us in bar area on weekday for lunch around 1pm; Dont usually like sitting in bar area as service seems slower - AND IT WAS! Sad and pathetic service caused us to WALK OUT after waiting excessively long for the large waitress to serve us the water we asked for. Obviously a poorly managed place with slow and lazy servers who dont value the customer. They lost out on our revenue as we spent our money elsewhere.
