Ok, let me start off by saying that I love Good Times! They have amazing, quality food, and I support their business practices. But this location specifically has a shift manager that had no idea how to treat people. I have been to this location probably weekly for the past the years (I get one fast food treat a week and this is my chosen destination). I had a previous order done incorrectly and was supposed to have a credit on the books. Ill spare the details, but when asking about using my credit I was told that any record of that had been thrown away. The shift manager became dismissive and didnt even ask if I would still like to order. She just quipped "did you need anything else?". I dont care about the free meal, but I do care about being treated poorly as a paying customer. I have never been treated as poorly as I was during this visit to Good Times.

Dumpy and drab with a side of disappointment. This Good Times isnt clean and nice, not sure of theyre all this way as I go once every few years. I just went through because they used to have hatch green chilis to add on your burger. Not anymore. They wont even let you add green chili to a burger anymore. Sad, I got a spoon bender. Ive never had one. The name suggests thickness. I picked up a spoon scoop of soupy stuff with toffee chunks. Completely melted straight out of the window. No green chilis AND melted custard?! This place is never busy when I pass by on Wads. Im sure it will go out of business soon.

I have never had a bad experience with good times until I came to this one. The girl that took my order was extremely rude. My entire order was incorrect. I went back and waited 5 minutes for the shift manager to even come speak to me. All she did was stare. Then when she did come speak to me she was also extremely rude. She wouldnt replace my food and wanted to charge me extra for the food I did order. When I got home the food was so sloppily put together and still wrong! Worst food I have ever had from this place. Learn to be a manager and treat your customers dumb blonde.

I come to this location Monday thru Friday for lunch, most of the time I am greeted by a wonderful young man with long red hair, this time I was greeted by a snotty blonde who got pissed off when I asked for more ice in my soda. She kept throwing dirty looks at me, I am the customer, I am not looking for custom service just good customer service and she has a lot to learn. It will be awhile before I decide to come back. As a matter of fact my niece is a manager of Good Times, I think I will call and get the District Manager name and number for this location.

One of the very few "fast food" places I can eat at. The grease they use isnt the low quality stuff that causes me to get sick, and the burgers are excellent, the service shows that the employees arent unhappy because their making minimum wage, and they even have treats for your dogs. They are ever so slightly more expensive than other fast food places, but they have much higher quality ingredients and treat their employees like people deserve to be treated. Im very happy to say I like Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard!

Horrible customer service, dirty drinks, messed up my drinks, and they shrank their portion sizes. A medium soda here is a small anywhere else, the owner will go bankrupt if he doesnt change his ways. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS!
