My fiance and I came here on a slow Wednesday night to grab some dinner. We were the only ones in line which seemed nice until we got to the window. I gave the girl named "Kat" a BOGO coupon and my card, she swiped my card and gave me my receipt which showed she did not use the coupon and charged my card the full amount. I patiently waited while her and her co-worker joked around obnoxiously loud about things like they werent on the clock. Almost 10 minutes later, her co-worker handed me my food and I kindly let her know she did not add the BOGO coupon. She apologized and let me know that we would correct the mistake. "Kat" returned to the window, did not apologize and very bluntly said "Next time let us know when you place your order if you have a coupon". They did correct the mistake, but I will not be back at this location due to the rude and incompetent staff.

These guys are very friendly and generally make very good food. There fresh, hot and fast. I drive past the 80th and Sheridan location to come here The 80th and sheridain restaurant is a joke, Do not go there if you like burger king.. But these guys do it right. The night staff is extra friendly

I just love how some of the employees act like they hate their life (sarcasticly speaking) if they dont like working there they should get a different job instead of making my experience uncomfortable because I have angry people handling my food

A server named Eric was the best fast food employee that Ive ever met. The service was a bit slow however Erics attitude made it okay. He made my day. This guy deserves a promotion and I will definitely be coming back.

The food is fine. The service is great depending on who ya get. Its hit or miss. But in their defense they seems to Always be busy which Im sure thats exhausting. Bathroom is kinda scary but I think its old.

Busy at lunch, parking lot is busy & hard to navigate because their drive through is right next to entrance. Food is just like any other Burger King-nothing to complain/brag about.
