I originally came here thinking that for a little extra money, Id get better quality food. but boy was I WRONG. Out first impression was a bad one. $30.16 for 2 people getting a simple burger, small fries, and a drink, but yet I still had hopes that maybe the price of the food was worth it. the second impression we got was from the cleanliness of the dining area. The floors were absolutely sticky, as if they havent been mopped for over a week. my shoes were sticking to the floor as I walked. As my boyfriend and I got our food, I had high hopes for it. it looked really delicious to be honest. but the burger tested nothing more than a nasty grilled cheese sandwich, and the fries tasted undercooked and soggy. I got my own fries with the herb and cheese on it (because when I worked at red robin I made them and fell in love), but I couldnt eat much. they were nasty. My boyfriend and I couldnt finish our food, not just because of the quality of it, but the young man working behind the counter was continuously digging in his ears, and picking various items off of the ground and didnt even bother to wash his hands. I have worked in food service my whole life, and am food safe certified, so I know the ins and out of a kitchen. but if the man at the front counter cant bother to wash his hands after digging in his ears, who knows how it is in the kitchen. no one seemed like they wanted to be there, or even work for that matter. Even if thats the case, its not that hard to fake a smile and pretend you want to be there. I am NEVER eating here again. its not worth it. wish I could get my money back, considering I couldnt finish my food. absolutely disgusted.

A generally high-level experience. Closest to Five Guys, but with booze, more upscale decor and higher prices. Burger 5* > was hot, very juicy (but not greasy, like Five Guys), flavorful and topped with high quality ingredients (added grilled onions and jalapeños gratis). There is a $1 up-charge for other toppings, like mushrooms. I felt the $7.50 base price for a cheeseburger was fair, and perhaps semi-cheap given the quality. Service 5* > prompt, high-energy, friendly, worked hard to keep the dining room clean. Better than most fast serve places with higher quality staff. Beer 4* > good mix of about a dozen brews, mainly local and including several on tap. At $4.50, its not a bargain, but appreciate the availability. Fries 2* > I actually didnt taste these, so this is a protest vote. Despite some other reviewers references to combos, there wasnt any such thing available. The smallest size fry is priced @ $3.60 - WTF!?! Most of us in Colorado dont need a lunch-bag sized serving of fries - were trying to be conscious of carbs and portion sizes in general. I just dont need that many fries nor do I want to spend as much as a 6" Subway sub for a side order. Net-net, the burger was great. But not sure Ill return as I love (a small portion of) fries with my burger, and there are plenty of full-serve restaurants and bars I can go to with similar $11 burger and fry price points. I just felt like this was hold-up pricing with limited concern for providing customer choice.

*This is a repeat of the exact review I did for them on Yelp - Yelp has a funny way of "hiding" reviews sometimes, so I always make sure to post reviews here as well. Just FYI!* I figured I might as well write my review while still sitting in the restaurant, busy getting through my day job with their fantastic Wifi :) This place is awesome. Fantastic customer service from the guy who rang me up - he recommended the Confusion burger, and it did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. I dont even *love* burgers, and this was great. Their fries taste homemade too, which I love. They also have beer/wine if you need/want it lol (which is cool b/c it seems like a place that wouldnt have it...but they do. If youre into that sort of thing). Plenty of space to sit with outside seating available (though no one was utilizing it because of the rain). The Wifi rocks as well, so for me this is crucial, as my ability to do my job depends on it. This place met every single need I had for my late lunch break today and I was able to get good work done. Absolutely fantastic (and super close to the library and museums, in case youre into that sort of thing). I would recommend this place to anyone. To sum it up its like a classier In-n-Out with booze, better ambiance, and great music. Double woot for Denverites who dont have access to an In-n-Out. :) :)

We walked in and were very impressed by the selection and appearance. We were greeted almost imediately by more than one employee. After a warm welcome and short tour through the menu we began our order by asking for the veggie burger. After some inaudible mumbling back and forth between the cashier and the kitchen we were told that they were out. The cashier (total sweetheart) tryed to push the issue and advocate on our behalf to get us the burger but in the end just exposed the fact the the manager didnt want to get their numbers messed up and that they were out of the cheese that goes with the veggie burger as opposed to the patty. We asked if we could still get the veggie patty with a different cheese and they still refused. The manager relayed all of this through the employee rather than talking to us directly. Because of poor management this establishment lost our business. We left without trying the new restaurant but still had quite a sour taste leftover.

Second time here. Burgers are fantastic, fries are good, but were better the first time. This time they were not as crisp, seemed like they might have been under a heat lamp for a bit. Prices are high and portions are large (particularly for lunch). It would be nice if they had a regular lunch special (I came back for the Thursday lunch special, see pic). Both times I didnt finish the fries, Ill ask if I can order the junior size for next time. They have fantastic fry sauce! You have to ask for it from the counter and they dont fill the cup they give you so ask for two. I only found out about it because the first time I was here someone mentioned that it would be on the burger. 4 stars because the fries are in consistent in quality and the prices are about right (maybe a bit high) for the portion but I would prefer to have a smaller option at a lower price for lunch.

I was at this location for two visits back in February and both times they had a good special that included burger fries and drink for a reasonable price. Today a friend at work wanted to grab a burger and wanted to go here. I said lets go and mentioned the great lunch combo special. Sadly they have gone completely ala carte since I was here last. Sorry but 17 bucks for a burger fried and soda is not my idea of reasonable. The food is good but the prices are not. I will not be going back ala carte for nearly 20 bucks to eat lunch. This place seems kinda full of itself and i get the impression it is trying to over value its product by piggybacking on the organic craze that so many sheep have bought into. I will be going elsewhere that is grounded in reality by pricing things reasonable.
