Im from buffalo and grew up with wings. This location has horrible customer service. I had a blonde hair wrapped around my last batch this week . It was the second time this has happened at same location in three months, So obviously there is some hygiene issues not being enforced leaving customers like myself in jeopardy of getting sick. ( and Im no phobia person) When I returned and politely asked for the manager, a brash man named Joel came to the counter. I AGAIN politely explained what had happened the day before. He asked for the name of a person who took my TO go order... really? Who remembers the person you pay cash too??? It got worse... I was called a liar when I explained that no one in my family even had blonde hair ... ... his response was a rude really??? He then proceeded to tell me no blonde hair staff worked there.... .... as a girl with blonde hair working the walked by with long blonde hair? When he asked again who took my order to go my response was... Do you know how fricken busy on tuesdays you are? JOEL THEN LEANED OVER THR COUNTER THREE INCHES FROM MY FACE , GRINDING HIS TEETH , SPITTING AS HE SWORE AT ME TO GET THD F@&k OUT. I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO ATTACK ME AND I WAS SCARED HE WAS GOING TO JUMP THE COUNTER. When I called corporate office they asked me to dig the wings from garbage and return them with a reciept ..... I live in conifer, and Im not tearing through my trash for a replacement wing order. Nor drive 50 miles round trip.

Continue to be disappointed with this location. The greeter who sat us just grabbed menus and walked - we assumed we were supposed to follow him, so we did. Our order was pretty simple - 1 BBQ hamburger, 1 small boneless wings, 1 small regular wings, 1 chicken caesar salad. We got our meal and had to ask for silverware, extra celery (they brought out 4 small pieces), extra Ranch dressing (2 small cups) and a top bun for the hamburger (What?). It took awhile to get these, so we sat there waiting to eat our meal. My son then realized that they forgot the BBQ sauce for his burger so he asked for that. Our waitress came back (without the BBQ sauce) in about 2 minutes and asked how how food tasted. We hadnt even had a chance to taste it. The bone-in chicken was extremely dry and almost crunchy and the salad had way too much dressing. The waitress never again asked how our food was, and someone else actually brought out some BBQ sauce. When we told her at the end of the meal about the salad, she said she would have brought out another one, but our meal was already done, so we declined. She then said "Oh well, sorry", very unsympathetically. I didnt even dare say anything about the chicken. Needless to say, it will be a long time, if ever, that we return to this location.

This is for the to go section. Ive called in an order twice to pick up and both times Im waiting there for awhile till someone comes out and acknowledges that Im there. The last time they didnt even acknowledge me, they asked someone else theyre name and they were on their way back to the back again and I had to let them know I was waiting for a pick up as well. The first time they hardly have any sauce on my wings so I asked for more sauce, and the 2nd time they didnt put anything on my po boy, just the chicken and sauce thats it. No lettuce or onions or nothing. And forgot to give us ranch when we put it on the order. I would suggest just eating at the place and no take out.

My 5-year-old child got food poisoning there yesterday and was projectile vomiting at home within a few hours. I spent several hours cleaning puked-up chicken out of the carpet and off the floor, walls, and stair railings. He was crying throughout the night as he suffered in agony on the floor, periodically puking green bile into a bucket. My wife was up all night with him, emptying his bucket and changing his underwear five or six times due to uncontrollable diarrhea. She is exhausted. My child is exhausted. 19 hours later he still feels terrible. He is starting to get over it and is able to keep down a few sips of water and pedialyte. We will never go back to that place.

The service here is terrible. It doesnt seem that the staff has received any type of training. After giving this place several chances, we wont be back. During our last try, we were seated by a server that asked us how many and said nothing else. Grabbed some menus and started walking, we followed, she put the menus on the table and kept walking. Never said anything else. Then we sat there for 5 minutes and had a server tell us another server would be with us shortly. Ten minutes later, we gathered our things to leave and a server showed up. The server offered to put our order in all at once so we wouldnt leave. Too late, business lost.

So I actually really like Buffalo Wild Wings I think they have good flavor choices and the foods pretty good. Its definitely a fun place to come and watch any kind of game as they have tons of TVs. I would say my only gripe is that the beer selection is not that great. Im just surprised that being in Colorado they dont have more microbrew choices. Yes granted there are some but considering most bars have tons of choices Buffalo Wild Wings feels a little underwhelming. But if youre looking for a good time with the guys to watch the big game this is a great place to go.

Honestly, it used to be much better. It seems like a chuck cheese lately, little kids running around everywhere unattended. As for the food, again, used to be better. I tried a medium boneless stack and there was no chicken, just over fried batter that was too hard to chew. I honestly couldnt even stab them with my fork. I mentioned it to the waiter but he shrugged and asked if I wanted a box.... You can really tell the staff doesnt like what they do, but even worse is the way theyve managed to mess up something as simple as boneless wings. :(

If I owned this franchise I would fire almost everyone working here. The hostess stood around twirling her nose ring and ear gauges (unsanitary and disgusting) the entire night while we were eating near the front. There were employees standing around doing nothing while there were tables not cleared and the bathrooms were absolutely awful - paper towels billowing out onto the counter and water everywhere. Another employee was carrying around a baby and all other employees were focused on that instead of doing their jobs. I wont go back here ever again.

We have been coming here once a month for years and the past three visits have been abysmal. This is not a fine dining establishment, I get that. I just want what I ordered and I want it to be hot enough to be edible. When I am refusing coupons and comps you are offering and saying repeatedly I dont want anything for free, I just want my pick up order fresh and everything I ordered in the bag, stop explaining what went wrong, stop trying to comp and fix the problem. I will make the drive across town to the Littleton BWW next time I have a craving.
