I go to this burger king all the time and its just very convenient for me. I was ordering in the drive-thru and one of the workers was outside and told me not to eat there and that they had rats. Thats not even why Im writing this review though, I mean.. What do you expect from Burger King? Anyway.. I have gone to this location twice now at about 11pm and every time I sit at the speaker, they completely ignore me. I totally understand the fact that they close at midnight and when its really slow theyll probably shut down early BUT this is very unfortunate and unfair for customers. If you close at 12, you close at 12. If they arent getting traffic past 10 then they should change their hours.

Staff here is RUDE! One employee loudly stated that my boyfriend and I were "douchebags" not only for myself to hear, but for several other customers to hear. Since the loud-mouthed associate clearly thought she was talking privately to her coworker, she was very surprised when I told her we wouldnt need our order anymore, and that she should make those statements in front of her boss next time, to see how theyd feel about it. I know fast food restaurants arent going to have top-notch service, but at restaurant jobs ive had in the past, I wouldve been fired instantly for behaving that way. Not the first time Ive had issues there, but it will be the last.

My sandwich was so gross I actually spit out the first bite! When I went back to get a fresh one the manager couldnt have cared less. Then the replacement sandwich they tried to pawn off on me was barely cook!! Cold, unmelted Chz, and flat. Go somewhere else!!!

Asked for a large water. Was told they do not serve large water. So I guess I cant have it my way. I will never eat at Burger King again. Wendys is down the street. Much better service and the largest cup they have, full of WATER WATER WATER!

The guy at the drive thru was rude he dose not get the order right he for get my kids food. I went 3/18/17. There was nobody there so it was not busy. Super up set about this. Tried to call and no one picks up the dam phone. Do not go here

Filthy. Kitchen and dining room floors were covered with food and trash. Trash bins over flowing anc tables were a sticky mess. Did not stay to order. Management should be ashamed. Eww

Says open at 6 but for the past 3 days in a row dont even open til 630, food is always old looking and soggy, not worth it go to subway on the other side of the shopping center
