Where do I begin??? This place has the worst customer service (in fact, I think I could safely say that this place lacks customer service with it being closed more than its open.) I stopped by here for breakfast and lunch a few times and they were closed - there were employees standing around inside and outside that didnt know why they were closed. I asked them if they were supposed to have opened their restaurant at 6:30 AM and they told me "yes." I asked them if they were going to open soon and they told me that they didnt feel like opening the store (this is at 8:30 AM.) Every single time that I had visited this location, they were either out of the food I wanted to order, made my food wrong (I never ordered my food any differently than how it normally should be made,) charged me for extra things that I never ordered, or gave me only half of the food that I ordered. This place lacks order, customer service, leadership, good work ethics, intelligence, and much more! I will never go back to this location again. (Well, really, most of the Taco Bells around Littleton and Lakewood are worse than garbage in more ways that one, so Im boycotting quite a few.)

Un muy mal servicio, me dieron la orden mal , además pedí pollo en mis chalupas y cuando les reclamé , dijeron que no había pedido pollo, y todavía se mete la cosinera cuando , no fue a ella que le pedí la orden, vieja metiche, gritando desde la cosina ja ja, Señor manager , por favor dígale a su equipo , que una vez que se pide una orden siempre se debe de repetir para que no haiga confusión.

I waited over 5 min to order, 20 min to get my food, got over charged $6 for food because the person who took my order couldnt even speak English so he just pushed buttons. I stood in line to let them know the error BEFORE the food was made and he just kept looking at me. Once the food came I took out the things I didnt order and asked for my money back for those items. All 4 people working there just looked at me and started arguing in Spanish. Customer service here is literally the worst Ive ever experienced, the food was okay but definitely not worth all the trouble, if I could give less than 1 start I would.

First they took 10 minutes to get us our food. We ordered 3 tacos and 5 meximelts and three freezes. He gave us the freezes and no straws. Didnt give me change. Then when I finally got the food I asked for straws and he seemed annoyed I wanted them. Then I asked for my change and he laughed at me and asked for my receipt as if he didnt believe I needed change. He walked away and talked to someone for a while and then came back with my change. When we got home, we didnt get anything we ordered. Would rather drive 20 minutes further to a different Taco Bell than ever go back.

First the guy at the register couldnt figure out how to make the correct change. He had to get the manager over to help him figure it out. The manager was busy so it took several minutes before he could come over and figure out how to make change. I tried to help him but they didnt trust me. Then after ordering I waited 12 minutes for my lunch to arrive and had to leave to get back before I would be late on the job site. I left my lunch there for some other guy who was also waiting.

They really should just hire monkeys at this place waited 50 minutes before I even got to the window then another 15 later I had food I probably could have gone to an actual restaurant sat down and probably would have had food sooner, I wish I could leave a negative 5 stars for this absolute wreck of an establishment.

The nice folks always take care of us there. Sometimes during rush hour it takes us a little time to get our food for the dine-in but my kids work in fast food and I know that it is hard to keep fully staffed so we always say thank you and never get mad. We will frequently go back there on weekend nights especially.

One star is far too generous for this joke. This is hands down, the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Horrible customer service. They constantly get orders wrong and last time I went there wasnt even anyone manning the drive thru. Corporate should seriously consider revoking this locations franchise license.

Never open. This taco bell is so slow. Youll spend 45 min just to get food. Always under staffed. Most of the time they are closed and or computer are down. Needs a new manager that spends time working and not in the lobby on there phone. This one ducks. Drive thru time is 30 min.

This is the absolute slowest food crew on the planet. Ive gotten food faster at packed sit down restaurants. The employees dont care about anything, they just shuffle around taking their sweet time. If it werent the kids favorite place l, we would NOT be here.

Very slow. Took 15 minutes to get 2 tacos. When I finally got my food and starting eating, a worker started moping the floor all around and even directly under the table I was sitting at. Also very unfriendly and doesnt speak much English. AVOID THIS TACO BELL

I been here in the morning many times and its about a 50 50 chance they will even be open. I get there at 745. They open at 7. when I see the people inside they just look at me and walk away. They dont even bother telling me there closed

Came by at 7:08 am on Saturday to grab a quick bite before going fishing, and despite 3 cars parked in front of the building, the drive through was closed and the lights were out. Sign on the building said they were open at 6:30am....

Well maintained and clean Taco Bell restaurant. I come here all the time because of Taco Bells various specials. Sometimes service can be slow even when there is nobody ahead of you are at the drive through.
