Let me start by saying that the only reason I gave this location one star is because I was unable to post my review without one. My husband and I placed a phone order last night for pick up. We ordered the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles and Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca. At the time of our order we were informed that they were out of the whole grain pasta for the Tuscan Fresca. An alternative of penne pasta was offered which we accepted. In 15 minutes (the amount of time they said our order would be completed) we showed up to pick up our order. Not only was our order not completed, but the girl at the counter informed us that they were also out of the penne pasta. With limited options, I reluctantly chose spaghetti noodles. There was no apology, discount or even a free drink offered. While we were waiting, we noticed that they had prepared my husbands food. It was sitting on the counter awaiting my Tuscan pasta to be cooked. My husband asked where the store manager was. He was informed that the manager was in the back. No offer to get him was made. Our order was completed in about 10 minutes and we took it home. Once we got home, we noticed that they forgot to put in our flatbread which we did pay for according to our receipt. The Spicy Korean noodles were cold and had to be nuked. The Tuscan Fresca (with spaghetti) was HORRIBLE! As I started to stir it up I noticed that half of the noodles were all stuck together as one big noodle and was undercooked. Overall, the customer service was horrible and the food was not very good. We live across the street from this location and will never go back again.

Great meal tonight. Kerry took great care of us bringing out a chicken noodle soup for my mother-in-law promptly when it didnt come out with the rest of the order. I had failed to get it ordered originally but Kerry took great care of us. Thanks, Amiee

Inconsistent. Sometimes they are really good. Often, they are out of ingredoents or products like rice krispy treats. Last night food was cold even though it was sent back twice. But this is a great place to eat with grandkids.

Had multiple mishaps on our order of 4. They didnt have most of the drink options, and had low supply of meat and other ingredients. have had better experiences but for now I had to come back and edit this review.

Dirty and it tastes like Noodles has changed their cheese sauce for the mac and chees (lower quality). Used to love coming here but no more.

Food is pretty good but dont bother getting the grilled chicken. It doesnt have a good texture and doesnt taste like chicken.
