This Taco Bell is ok. The facility itself is very nice and clean. Staff have been nothing but kind to me every time I visit. The drive-thru line and order mistakes are the two biggest issues in my opinion. The drive-thru takes an oddly long amount of time for a fast food drive-thru, it usually takes me 10-25 minutes to get my food after entering the line (NOT after ordering) during non-rush hours. My boyfriend has sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes before during lunch and dinner rushes. I also find that this location messes up orders somewhat frequently, so check your order before you leave.

Waited at the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes--that fully defeats the purpose of FAST food! The girl at the window was distracted constantly as we watched and had zero sense of urgency, though everyone in line, both inside and out, waited as long as we did. I would say it was a dinner rush, but nothin am establishment like his isnt DESIGNED to handle. They seemed to have enough staff, they simply do not prioritize speed or service here. This is not the first time, just the first time Ive felt the need to review.

Everytime I come to this location I wait an absurdly long amount of time in the drive thru. This is a busy location, always a long line, always running out of stuff. Hire some people, learn how to make a schedule , learn how to order food so you dont run out of stuff all the time. I got here at 8:40p.m. its now 9:06 p.m. still sitting in drive thru. If I could give a negative star I would.

I dont really understand all these negative reviews. The drive through does get very busy during their rushes and understandably, it can take a while, but they are much better than the taco bell in Lafayette where Ive waited 40+ minutes in the drive through. Most of the time they are friendly and quick with my order and provide everything Id expect of a taco bell.

Everytime I have gone to this place you wait any were from 20 minutes to 45 minutes this is after 6 at night this place can not handle the amount of business it gets all taco bells need 2 kitchens one for dinning room one just for drive threws and people that have large orders need to go inside or call ahead drive therws orders should be for small orders

I go into this Taco Bell at least 2 times a week. I order the same thing every time. A Nacho Bell Grande. They give me a thing of chips and only three chips manage to have cheese on it. About four chips have sour cream. I call to complain and they put me on hold and dont pick up! Sick of them... Everyone should go to the one on 63rd and Sheridan :)

This taco bell is a joke, they hire people who have no idea what listening is let alone how to use a computer. We ordered 2 meals and both of them where incorrect, when i went back up to explain this i got completely ignored by the cashier. I had no idea listening and making tacos recuires a phD... cause clearly no one their could do the job.

Lastnite i went through drive-thru order taker was pleasant the server guy was very rude i asked him if he could put my guacamole in a seperate container since i didnt want it in the burrito he was gonna charge me for something that was already paid for he slammed the window after he handed me my food i only give one star for the order taker

Waited in line about 10 minutes, had to repeat the order several times to an apparent new hire stuck on the counter, waited 15 plus minutes for food, burrito had some sort of wax paper inside. I guess this is what you can expect at a fast food place.Highly disappointed with visit and wont be back. Crummy management of staff.

This is a Taco Bell worth your business. Sometimes the service can take awhile but usually it was worth the insignificant amount of time. If you expect a perfect experience from this Taco Bell or any fast food place for that matter, you are probably out of touch. Get real, its a fast food joint.

3 times when Ive come here theyve let me know that theyre closed for the remainder of the night it happens consistently enough that I dont want to come back to this Taco Bell because its a waste of my time I dont know if theyre low on staff if there low on menu items but no matter what it sucks

This taco bell sucks. I was missing items in my order and they offered to replace it but insisted that he had got it right when I counted when I got home. When I mentioned I worked at another taco bell and left them a bad survey the manager hung up on me lol.

No matter what time of day you go you wait... Wait way too long for anything and everything... They are nice enough, but really need to do something about there speed... Fast food should be fast, not take longer to get than it is to make at home!

Fits every requirement of a functional Taco Bell. Its still Taco Bell, but thats why Im here. They do it right. Avoid the Taco Bell near Wadsworth and 90th, choose this one instead! Faster and more reliable. Cleaner even.

Dont get stuck in this Taco Bell drive thru. A 45 minute is the norm, no matter the day or time. Also after youve wasted a good hour they screw you out of several items in your order. Horrible management! Never again.

The lobby is closed for mysterious reasons more than its open, they are ALWAYS out of something, the drive through is the slowest one Ive ever been to....and its always that slow. Tonight was definitely my last time.

"No Sourcream" is the most difficult thing for the cooks here to understand. I am constantly having to take food back for the same thing over and over again. Ive begun to go out of my way to eat at other locations.

I love that Taco Bell has a "Brunch" time when I can get breakfast and tacos! Only downfall is they never give me enough sauce packets. I specify A LOT and they still give me only 1-2 per a taco.
