I wanted to give this place 0 stars. I called in an order today at 11:10 and I was told that it would take 19 minutes, I got there 20 minutes later on my 30 min lunch and they attempted to give me the wrong order at least twice. When I called I stated that I had five orders and that they would all be separate, I stated this three times. Obviously this was too much for them because I got there at 11:30 and left at 12:05. The lady who helped me was very nice so I did not wan t to yell at her because I know that it was not her fault but I was furious. This location needs a better system when it comes to go orders ASAP. By the time I got back to work not only was my burger soggy and my onion rings cold I was also late. I will never come here again.

Ordered take out from this Red Robin tonight because I had a gift card. Great experience all around. I arrived 15 minutes after calling and parked in one of the to-go spots. They have a phone number on the sign to call so you dont have to go in the restaurant, they bring the food right out to your car. The guy I ordered from on the phone, Tim, brought out my order promptly and also gave me a cup of fries for the ride home! They got our order perfect and the food was great! Only came here because of the gift card, but now I will definitely come back to this RR sometime when Im looking for a quick, quality meal.

Worst service. Its chain so foods are same. Perhaps I came in bad time but service was aweful. Cold fries and burger. Drinks coming in half way thru eating food. I wont be coming back to this location. Edit - one more thing. Our group was told to go to bar if we want service. We were sitting at table close to the door which is far away from anywhere. We needed service and asked for our server. I think its lack of caring from management to tell paying customers to go to bar for service. Wont be going red robins again for sure.

This is the worst Red Robin we have ever visited! As soon as we walked in we noticed the ongoing construction. As such, only one bathroom was open with many women waiting to use it. The women’s bathroom was filthy and had paper towels spilling out the trash. Shortly after sitting down, the waitress walked by and spilled 5 glasses of beer and water all over me. Overall the service was terrible, maybe because the waitress was embarrassed and didn’t want to return to our table. We will not be back to this Red Robin.

I was very much looking forward to trying red robin. We were in the mood for burgers and my wife was like I havent been in years. Well I was very disappointed I wouldnt normally complain but when you charge 10 plus dollars for a burger at a place that specializes in burgers you dont expect a frozen patty (you expect fresh) and a 45 minute wait to get it. The server was nice and I dont think it her fault. But I wont be coming again and doubt Ill recommend it. The theme is nice and the beer cold so you get 2 stars.

Bad service very slow, dirty knives where braught. Situation got even worse when management mostly dismissed our complaints and then offered us a lousy $10 gift card after we just spent $70. A $3 soda doesnt get free refills? For that money go pretty much anywhere else.... juicy burger is half the cost twice the quality just around the block and even teds montana grill comes in slightly cheaper after the overpriced drinks and appetizers. Even my pre teen daughter was dissappointed

Service was terrible, waited over 45 minutes for our appetizer, while tables around us that came in after us were already eating their entrees. When our good finally arrived, the serve had never ordered our sons food, his food arrived by the time we were done eating. Our server only came to our table once, and didnt even stop, just yelled as she went by "we are short staffed in the kitchen". Overall experience was horrible.

freaking awesome experience! first time in my life me and my boyfriend have ever gone to a Red Robin and it was amazing! The menu is quite large but has so many types of burgers to choose from! Angus beef, prime rib dip, chicken sandwiches, bottomless fries and HUGE CRISPY YUMMMMMMMM onion rings hehe. Mai was our server she did a great job, being attentive veery friendly and always smiling! must go if youve never been!

Did not have the greatest of experiences when I went in for a carry out order, BUT after filling out my survey I immediately received a phone call from the MOD Nick, and he was extremely apologetic. The fact they even called me on that is really impressive. I will chalk the carry out mistake up to just a bad day. I will definitely go back because of the wonderful customer service that Nick demonstrated. Thank you!

I used to think that you couldnt beat a good red robin burger. Now... Their burgers are cheap premade burgers. I came to this location about a month ago with my girlfriend bragging how the red robin burger has been a solid burger. When we got our food, I was extremely embarrassed when I saw the patty and more embarrassed when she told me it tasted like a fast-food burger. I agreed, and probably wont come back.

Came on a very busy night with concert close by. It seemed they were short staffed considering the situation, after waiting over five minutes to see server we ordered drinks and appetizers, we were told that it we be 20 minutes or so to even get drinks due to back log at bar. When drinks came they had good flavor but were small in size compared to other places

Excellent burgers. A few weirdos like me might also enjoy the decorations which include black-white tiled-floors, gold-color ceiling, fun oval mirrors, pictures of lady liberty and an actual sculpture, and modern art with touches of egyptology. I hear the training servers receive is quite unique which is evident in the overall positive experience.

The sever was very pleasant but the rest of our experience was awful. The lettuce on our burgers was no good and it made us sick. We had to ask for napkins and the onion ring tower was so greasy it they fell apart when you touched them and our beer glasses had spots on them and the beer smelt like sewer. Very disappointing 50 dollars we spent.

Great food nice atmosphere. Had a little trouble splitting the check and didnt get out of there as fast as I wanted to after Id finish my food. But the servers were engaging enough where I wasnt bored while I waited. Not too loud and you can have a conversation with friends. I would definitely recommend their milkshakes theyre fantastic.

Gosh, I have not one word of complaint. Been there different times of the day, every day of the week and Im always treated excellently. You get what you pay for, some people might find it a bit extravagant but the food is worth every penny because its delicious, fresh, and always on time.
