Its Saturday at 2 and the three geniuses working today shouldnt be working anywhere. Four different attempts to roll a burrito, their trade mark item. We order a cup of rice for our babies and I tell them three times that we ordered that, we get home and they forgot to put it in the bag. Somewhere between me pulling out my credit card and giving it to the cashier she didnt place the cup of rice in our bag. I guess thats my fault. This place is a disgrace to Qdoba and I feel stupid for giving them my money. Dont waste your time or money at this location... Now we are home to eat and the 4th attempt at the burritos has fallen apart and it tastes old. We live 3 minutes away. Total failure.

They need to do some major training. The 4 people working yesterday didnt listen when I was placing my order had to repeat myself several times. I had take out and they closed my bowl twice even though I wasnt dont ordering. Had to remind them what came with the kids meals and they no longer offer fountain drinks with kids meals. You can buy a fountain drink at full price. Im all about no soda for the kids but I get mine lemonade. We will no longer be going to this location 100th and Grant is much better.

I came in at 9:00pm today 01/09/2017. I order a burrito the first thing I noticed was that the guy that served me had an attitude because people were still coming in to eat. Second thing I notice was that when he was serving the ingredients in to the tortilla he was almost throwing them on there. Third thing was that I got home and started eating my burrito and the rice was really hard. Very upsetting I dont think I will come back to this location ill just go to chipotle down the road.

Just updating this review. Not much has changed in the 2 years Ive been trying this location. Im a connoisseur of this establishment but I will gladly go out of my way to the other side of the highway to get Qdoba this place is horrible I dont know whats going on here but very few times I have ever gone there have I had a pleasant experience. Even when youre busy you still have to get the food inside the burrito! Ive stuck to bowls ever since.

Anytime I have had a problem and brought it up to the manager, they act like its normal and there is nothing they can do. Ive also been told by a manger that they personally could care less if I chose not to come to their store again. Food is never fresh, attitudes are very clear by staff and the way youre treated from the moment you walk in to the second you leave is very judgemental and not how staff of a restaurant should be acting.

I went into qdoba to get a burrito today but unknown to me when I got home the rice in the burrito was adopt 60% cooked thus making a 2# paper weight instead of my lunch. Also ordered chips and salsa the chips were definitely a day old and the guacamole has zero taste of acidity or salt or spice. Bland but at least edible. Pretty huge balls to charge 15 bucks for a half edible lunch thanks qdoba!!!

Great food and a clean environment. One employee however, seemed to be a little annoyed when I asked for extra queso on my burrito and rolled her eyes at her co-worker when he grabbed a tortilla next to her. Other than that slight mess up possibly from a simple bad day, this location is not bad at all.

Every time I order the knockout tacos, the employees do not know what ingredients are used. They typically know the meat, then ask me what toppings I want on them..... Dummies, I want the ingredients listed on the menu. Come on Qdoba! It gets annoying after six or seven times in a row

"Skip the line...Order ahead" YEAH RIGHT!! Every time we order lunch online from this location we end up waiting at the restaurant for them to make our food. If my "Pick Up" time is 30 minutes from now, I expect my food to be ready in 30 minutes. Just sayin!!

I really enjoy eating at these concept Qdoba locations. Its nice and actually has a restaurant feel to it. The customer service was exceptional here. The location had open seating inside and out. Very nice!

Even though extremely busy, everyone was very polite, curdious and made sure they interacted with the customers. Worked well as a team to help each other. Will drive the extra 5 miles to go back to that store
