Place was clean and the staff was very apologetic that some dummy ahead of me in line had 4000 questions about his massive catering order. They were very nice about it. My one complaint: this place is freezing. Ive been here 3 or so times and they keep it about 50 degrees inside. Insane! Food is good though and the root beer is always good from the tap.

The lady who took our orders were extremely nice, everyone was very friendly. But they were out of corn dogs, hot dog buns, french fries, tea and jugs for purchasing root beer to go. They were also extremely slow in getting the orders out, not sure if they were just understaffed or just slow, but took quite a while for the food to come out.

That was disappointing. The staff was friendly. Otherwise...Tables were filthy, it took 15 minutes to get straws. 20 minutes for two luke warm burgers and barely warmer than that (yet overcooked) fries. The root beer float was good, but definitely not with a return visit.

This place is always dirty. All KFC/A&W Ive been to, are not well kept. The food for both places have definitely gone down hill over the years and getting worse. The only good thing is the A&W root beer, thats what I go for.

The place was a mess, every table was gross, and even condiments station was empty. Root beer was out and after I asked them to change it and waited over 5 minutes nothing happened. Will not stop here again
