Visited this location 2 months ago and was extremely disappointed with the service. I go there because I like fries and I literally was never given any extra fries for the entire hour I was there. I asked the waitress for some and she said sure but never came back with any. They eventually did bring back one basket for someone else at our table but we had 8 people which 1 basket would definitely not suffice... fast forward 2 months and I decide to make a to go order. I placed the order supposedly with their "call center". After my wife arrived to pick up the order on her way home from work she waited twice the time that we were told even though the restaurant was not even busy then after inspecting the goods, the amount of fries that were given were extremely weak especially for a place that has never ending fries. Also her sandwich was removed without telling us because it was removed from the menu a couple weeks ago but there was never an issue when placing the order and we were never even notified via phone. The person who took my order even verified my phone number. My wife asked for them to fix my fries because it wasnt even a full order which they sort of did, but nothing noteworthy. They did end up coming a replacement sandwich for her which took forever, mind you it was a BLT so how long can that really take. 2 visits to this establishment and both were extremely disappointing . Ill never visit this place again, hopefully their management changes in hopes for future patrons.

During our last three visits to Parker location we have been served fries that were at best not hot, and at their worst, cold. For various reasons we have been going to the restaurant after the 5 - 7 rush, but well before closing time. Servers are so busy cleaning, refilling condiments, and folding napkins that they do not have time to take care of their customers. Next visit will be to Castle Rock.

Went to place a "to go" order. I was told I was not allowed to sit at the bar. All "to go" orders are done at the hostess desk. I wanted to watch the Giants game while I waited. Then I was told I had to order a drink, then order my food if I wanted to sit in the bar. The hostess said they were trying to keep the bar area available. What a JOKE, there was 5 people in there. Great customer service.

I go here probably once a month and pretty much everything on the menu is good. THANK GOD for them finally making the bar 21+ only!!! That was the one thing I hated about Red Robin restaurants, all the screaming brats. But if you want to have good food in peace, just walk in and seat yourself at the bar. There is always at least 2 waiters working the bar area and theyre very attentive.

For the last three years, this place has been terrible. Bad service, bad atmosphere, substandard food. WHAT CHANGED?!?!? They have to be under new management or something. They are so awesome now. The waiters and waitresses are awesome and accommodating, and the food has hit a whole new level. Thank you, Parker Red Robin, for bringing back whatever was lost for the last three years.

I feel like if youve been to one Red Robin, youve been to them all. Staff was friendly & attentive. Restaurant was clean. Came in around lunch time. Ordered the "Berserker" burger. It was cooked as ordered (some pink) which actually is a nice thing. There are a lot of other restaurants who struggle with simply cooking a burger medium. Fries were solid. No real complaints.

The service tends to be slow here, and it always seems that some of our dishes were sitting around waiting for others to finish. In other words, one plate of food will be piping hot, while another is cold. They are always quick to remedy any issues, but it happens nearly every time we go. My kids love the place, so we keep going back. Me...Im not usually impressed.

I love love LOVE their burgers, but dear God the screaming kids grate on your nerves. They must have kids eat free or something because the dining room was chock full of them on Sunday night. As I was leaving though I found out that the bar (which has several tables and booths) is 21 and over only, and serves their full menu, so I will definitely sit there next time.

The servers here are awesome, and the location is very clean and well maintained. At the same time this is a chain restaraunt so you can expect the standard small mishaps that come with any chain. Food quality here has always been great, my wife has celiac and she has never been cross contaminated at this location where at other locations she has been.

Its what you would expect from a Red Robin. The burgers are pretty good, staff seems friendly enough. For some reason, this may be the loudest Red Robin Ive ever been in. I could barely here my spouse across the table. Red Robins are usually pretty noisy, but even my spouse though it was louder than usual (confirmed with several visits).

The most delicious hamburger I can remember having in a restaurant, juicy and flavorful, done to perfection. However good it was, the 13.99 price tag was ridiculous. The staff was cheery and efficient. There is a small kiosk at the table that allows you to pay your bill so you dont have to wait for the check, great idea!!

Im visiting from Canada and have never seen one of these before. My friend and I stopped off here after she picked me up from the Airport. It was nice looking inside I enjoyed the music that was playing and the burger that I had was amazing. Our waitress was friendly as well. Diffinately will go back again.

My order was not as requested. Onions on the burger when I asked there not be. Meat was well done when I asked for some pink. No ranch dressing for the fries. No napkins which I requested. Asked to pick up the to go order in 12 minutes. It took 35 minutes. No apologies, just heres your order.

I always sit in the bar because it is now finally 21 and over only (as all bars should be), and it is nice to be away from the screaming kids. Their burgers are amazing and their desserts which I have recently discovered are deliciously sinful. Waiters are always super friendly and efficient

Service is mediocre, food usually arrives fairly cold, too pricey for what you get. The only good food is the super expensive items sadly. Not worth it to me really. Burgers are good, but not always worth the hassle. Sad, used to be a favorite.

This particular location is the worst Red Robin I have ever been to. All orders of fries were overcooked, some even burned to a blackened crisp. They mixed up our burger order, and after that was corrected it still tasted terrible.

I like this location at lunchtime, because it tends to not be as busy as the location at cornerstar. Waitstaff is high-energy and can get a group in, fed, and out the door quickly when you need to get to meetings.
