Was in this location this afternoon with my mom and my 11 month old daughter who has a peanut allergy. As I do not know how you prepare food and I know some of your dishes have peanuts in them I had mentioned to the cashier that my daughter has a peanut allergy and wanted to make sure that her food would not come in contact with any peanuts or food preparing items (pots, pans etc) that have also had peanuts in them. She explained that the noodles are just dropped in water and then put into the kids tray but she put a note on the order just to be safe. When the order went through to the cooks I could hear one of the guys state with an attitude towards the cashier that there are no peanuts in the Mac & Cheese and she then stated she put the note because of my concern. I then over heard when walking by the counter again the same individual state "here is your Mac & Cheese with peanuts" when he sat our food on the counter. I understand he probably thought it was funny, but having a daughter that has a potentially dangerous allergy I do not find it funny and believe food allergies of every kind should be taken seriously! Not ok!!! Also my noodles were not very warm to the point it did not melt my cheese. Disappointed!

Waited a long time and while everyone who ordered after me got their food before me and a "sorry" for the wait, I got a bag overfilled and my soup wasnt put in it. The bag ripped because they didnt bother to give me two bags instead of one. When I called I got a "sorry" and an offer to refund the soup they didnt put in the bag. Then apparently they couldnt refund the soup. Great. Thanks alot for making me pay for a soup that I didnt even get. Seriously, get your act together. Not okay.

Dont get me wrong I love noodles and co. But this location has the worst customer service I have ever had experienced! I have been to this location 4 times and every single time they have forgotten my order. But this evening 2/25/2016 was the worst. I didnt get food for 40 minutes. When I got home they forgot the chicken and burnt the flat bread. Needless to say I will never come to this location again. I will gladly drive across town to the other location!

Low rating for the efficiency. Food was good. But when ordered ahead of time for a party, was not done by the time asked. Order set in the late morning. Asked for it to be ready early evening. When I walked in to pick up, it was not busy at all. And when the front person asked the cook if my order was ready he obviously was in la la land. He said it had not been started. SOoooo 20 minutes later I finally got the food for the party.

Most disappointing place I have ever stopped to eat in. They show me the size of the bowels to choose from, so I picked the three smaller one which is a big bowl. When I got my noodles the bottom of the bowl was barely covered. I got six bites. Why use a big bowl if your not at least filling it half 3/4 full. The side veggies were wilted and gross which I didnt eat and they did not eben offer to refund the cost of them.

Need to Know Basis
At first when this location messed up I figured Id give them a break because they just opened and were maybe still getting into the swing of things. Not anymore, this place is poorly managed and they always screw up the order. The food is not cooked well compared to other noodles and companys that I have been to. Save yourself the hassle and choose somewhere else to eat.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is almost always great. Had an experience a few weeks back where they were so slow my girlfriend and I waited an hour for our food, only to find out that it was never put into the system. They very generously comped our meal and gave us free desert! Will continue to return to this location.

My receipt says EXTRA SEASONINGS get home and fine absolutely NO SEASONINGS on my noodles. The chicken was horrible and chewy and did not taste done at all! Usually a good place but I was extremely disappointed this visit!

This location is very convenient and allows you to get in and get out with your to-go orders. There is also plenty of tables if you plan to enjoy your dinner there.
