We decided to give this place a third try...mainly because the place we like is closed on Mondays. This will be our final time ordering from Joy Asian Cuisine. We live less than five minutes away and the delivery takes over an hour. I called for a pickup order and they put me on hold for close to 10 minutes, and I could hear everything, during which time they took several other orders. After going through an experience like this, one might assume that the food can hold up to the poor service. Unfortunately this is not the case. The food is mediocre at best considering most of my experience has been with food that is cold, and when it is hot, it isnt any better. The time and money investment required, yields minimal returns.

As usual I was in the area and didnt pack a lunch... googled chinese food and found five or six listings. I didnt feel much like being a guinnea pig today so I went with a solid 4 stars. Came in and was greeted and given a menu. I ordered, very reasonably priced btw, and went to wash my hands. Came out and almost immediately she brought my food over. Crazy spicy "hot ans spicy" chicken - make sure you ask for a glass of water because you will burn through your primary drink! Great place, great people and great food. Ill be back!

Took 2 hours to get my food to me when I live 20 minutes away. They called me twice asking where I live when they had my address.... quick Google maps search instead of calling twice and making me wait 2 hours? Nah thats too much work when they already have their delivery tip since its added into the total. Not worth it! Do not recommend! Update: no food had to cancel the order because after 2 hours I called and they said they turned around and went back to the store because they couldnt find my house. Without calling me one time.

This ranks with the worst Chinese food Ive ever eaten. We ordered chicken lo mein and vegetable egg rolls. The lo mein was pre-made, possibly hours ago. The noodles were mushy and sticky as if they had been in a warming pan, chicken content low, vegetable content minuscule. More or less pricey left-overs. The egg rolls must have been bought from a Costco freezer and microwaved to temperature. They were small, mushy/pasty, and bland. I wasted my money on this experiment and will never go back. No joy here.

The owners are the nicest people: always friendly, always kind. Their food is fresh (I love their fresh vegetables) and they are willing to make any recipe to your liking. We are vegetarian and they will make anything on their menu vegetarian (with or without tofu) and extra spicy for us. We absolutely love them and their food and it is an added bonus that they are so close and they deliver! Definitely recommend. You wont be disappointed.

I definitely like this restaurant. They have a great selection and most of their food items are good. They could do a better job of making sure the rice is what was ordered (asked for fried rice and got steamed instead) and please please please stop giving out watered down hot mustard! I love hot mustard and its hit or miss here.

Never ordering here again. Got the vegetable Mei fun, thought it tasted a little weird and within a few hours, had the worst diaherra ever. Wasnt sure if it was the noodles so my fiance tried it and sure enough same thing happened to him. Horrible horrible horrible place. Have never been this sick in my life.

I ordered two small/regular sesame chicken they gave me large. I asked for an order of regular cream cheese wontons because I hate seafood they gave me crab wontons. I didnt notice until I got home. The chicken was way too crunchy and over done. I guess the joke is on me. Never ordering from here again.

They wont deliver on base. They called me to have me meet them at the gate but I am from out of state and dont have a car. Asked for a refund, manager called me, told me no refund, then hung up on me. Said I should have known better. How would I know if Im just here for a minute for training?!

Been coming here since they opened. Their Pineapple Fried Rice, Rocks (extra hot) is the best. All they have to offer is good, Im hooked on their Seafood Curry Thai (extra hot). They know how to make it right. Full of flavor. Delivery is always prompt and with courteous drivers.

Made fresh, hot and tasty. Reasonably priced. Staff didnt seem to like my boyfriend and I much and werent doing a good job of hiding their attitude even though were two clean cut, polite guys. Ill still go back, but only for takeout. Dining area is small and pretty uninviting.

Ive been eating here for years, and so have my coworkers. I get the food to go and it takes about 5 min. to get it. The food is above average quality. Not great great but probably about the best youll get in the area. Its better to order the food for pick-up than delivery.

The best Chinese Ive had in the Denver area. Great service. Family owned. Always clean. I love the Lo Mein the best. The delivery is fast and they will customize dishes to your liking. Give it a shot, you wont regret it. Ill drive 20min from my house this place is so good.

I have tried most items on menu and lunch or dinner numerous times. Very consistent and good quality meals at a good value price. Every dish they will customize for me when i ask. If you do not like a certain sauce or want extra meat, ask and they do deliver! Art

Not bad. My long time favorite place closed down last month and I had to find a new fix. This place is affordable and the food is pretty good. Also super quick for takeout. The fried rice is kind of bland, but the spring rolls and sesame chicken are good.

Never order from this place. Walked into their kitchen once and saw this is how they prepare their shrimps. Took a picture on my way out while the owners werent looking. God knows how long they have left it there in room temperature. Buyer beware!!

Ordered chicken fried rice to go. Got home and opened up a small box of shrimp fried rice. It was not tasty. It lacked flavor. I generally like shrimp, so didnt care about the mistake. Just wish it was something good enough to want to finish.

The fried rice is so salty and taste like burned. Dont eat here or you will waste your money. The cashier is very unfriendly too when i told her that she charges dinner price with me instead of lunch price. I will never come back here.

Ordered the sesame delight and was not able to tell the chicken, beef, and shrimp apart. It tasted the same. Ended up not eating the meat because I didnt know what kind of meat it was. I spoiled my bf dinner after mentioning that.

I ordered rare steak and brisket pho and it had arrived with only the brisket . I called back to ask for my food and they kept telling me that the rare steak and brisket pho doesnt come with rare steak ....waste of my money
