Went there on a Wednesday afternoon and the place was packed. So the hostess had to take our name for a table and she stated she would call my wife and myself when a table became available. We took a seat right in front of the hostess so that we would be visible when a table became available. After about a 10 minute wait we noticed that the hostess had seated two white couples who had come in after us. When my wife confronted the hostess about her obvious oversight she offered us less comfortable seating at the bar. My wife is white and I am black and it was obvious to us and a couple seated near the hostess what was going on. They offered us their table. When we spoke to the manager she did offer us a table but by then we were to disgusted to eat there. We definitely feel discriminated against and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

In all honesty everything about this place is horrible. The Village Inn across the street is hands down way better for food. The adjacent Vinnys is decent for a couple drinks. The only reason this place stays in business is because of the limited choices in the area. Also, I dont know if they still work there or not but the bartender Omar, and a server named Stafon are a must if you dont want the worst service of your trip. You can hear the kitchen staff from the dinning room and dont even get me started with that. They need to focus on the food cause they should all be fired for the stale fries and raw chicken. 0/5 stars if I could.

Horrible food. I ordered the ribeye steak medium well. When it was delivered, it was clearly not a ribeye. It was a thin fatty piece of skirt steak, that was served on top on the mashed potatoes. It was worth the 28 dollar price. The steak was rare, not medium well. I tried to think hard as to where one could purchase such a low quality piece of meat. My wife ordered the French onion soup. There was no cheese or croutons and it was more of a cream than a broth. She said it was slimy. Very disappointing. I should have gone to Ruby Tuesdays just down the road. The only good food item was the spicy french fries.

poor service... slow... we ordered an IPA beer. they ran out... even no bottles. we ordered food. spinach artichoke dip. chips came crushed. what are we to do... toss the in the small bowl and eat it with a spoon.... we also ordered wings with the request of more wings less drum sticks..... we got drum sticks..... when staff finally came back to check wings were cold. since now we have hardened dip wish crushed chips and wings we asked not to have. For a sports bar on game day you would expect to have a full rowdy crowd... crickets. dont waste your time and money....

Sent my food back over 20 minutes ago (it was a burger, nothing crazy), still waiting for it to come back. My wifes food is cold now. I also had to walk up to the bar to order a beer for my table (the waiter went MIA a long time ago). The burger just came back. Burnt to a crisp--again. Im not exaggerating whatsoever. Im not one to complain about how a burger is cooked, but these were like hockey pucks. Ive eaten at a ton of other restaurants in Denver over the past three days. None were even close to being as horrible as this place. Dont waste your time or money.

This was my first time visiting Colorado, and Im staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and I decided to give Tower Tap & Grill a try. I was greeted by Dave, who is by far the friendliest stranger Ive ever met. He began to tell me about what was good there, and and got me to try a delicious local beer. Needless to say, I give Dave, and everyone else at Tower Tap 5 stars, and have an appreciation for the people of Denver due to the welcome I received here.

Stays afloat only because its one of the few restaurants on tower road, so bad that there is no way they could possibly survive anywhere else. Chicken was raw and rubbery, cold bitter mashed potatoes, and the green beans were old and rotting. Manager saw that we were not satisfied and offered to get us something else but at that point we were to grossed out to eat anything else there. Go get a hot pocket from 7-11 and chill in your hotel room instead.

The hostess was AMAZING, after that it was all downhill. Our server, although nice and very pretty, was dumb as you can get. I asked for my drink 4 times before receiving it. She seemed more interested in flirting with male customers than actually do her job. Wont go back, wont refer out of town guests. Wouldnt even eat there again if I was staying at the hotel with a comped meal. Much better meat at Sams anyhow!

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend conference and this is the only food option on site - the single most horrible service experience Ive ever had. Not once during the 5 times we ate here did all out orders come out at the same time or without a significant wait and twice an entire order was forgotten. The food was okay. The service is absolutely horrible. Go to Ruby Tuesday down the street.

Never going to come here again. Went in 15 minutes before 10 waited 10 minutes to get sat then were told we had to,hurry and order before 10 if we wanted something from the full menu. Very disappointed. I called and was not told they serve a limited menu after 10. Paid $15 for a beer, soda and 2 kids sodas, that is ridiculous. Glad we didnt order food since it would have been rushed and gross.

If you are looking for quality, this is not your place. Went to watch a ball game and have dinner. Had the ribeye that was completely overcooked. Not sure when you order medium rare and it comes out nearly well done...this place is only convenient because of its proximity to all the airport hotels. Positive: Ben the server was gracious and accommodating.

Ive given this place 3 chances. All times I waited way longer than was necessary for my food to come. The hostess was very unorganized and flustered. The last time I was there I ordered to go. The guy on the phone said 10 mins. I waited 35. This place is so slow. Dont go here unless you want to wait for a very long time for food and have very bad service.

Extremely long wait time, waitress barely found time to check on us, burger and philly cheese steak sandwiches were both massively overcooked (order medium rare). Would not recommend, would not stop there again. Burger King can make a better sandwich, and at least do it my way.

Service was great... Food was good drinks were good just... Very over priced for what I expected... Outside got me to go in side but kinda a let down once you get in relax definitely a small bar for locals to chill... Nothing exciting!

Food poisoning and rude staff, cant beat it! Me and my coworker just recovered from 30 hours of being in bed throwing up since eating bad chicken here. I called and told them and they said they would call me back - never did.
