Nothing wrong with the food, but the employees were a teenage nightmare. There were 4 or 5 young adults, I would assume around 17. They were closing (we arrived 20min before closing), but we just wanted soup. They took ten minutes to give us our 2 cups of soup, messed up my drink order, and proceeded to chat about how theyve dropped bread on the floor and still served it to customers. I personally observed one of them drop bread on the floor; I hope he wasnt planning on serving it to anyone. There was no one else ordering, and plenty of employees to serve up soup, but we waited. Plus some of their buddies came in and they were all cursing right in front of us. There were 2 small children in the restaurant still! I dont know who thought it was a good idea to have an entire team of teenage boys working together, but they need more training and basic manners, especially as a food service employee.

I ordered the chicken fontega chicken panini, Greek salas, and 2 chocolate cookies. I asked for extra Greek dressing on the side. I got no dressing on my salad and a tiny bit of dressing on the side. While ordering I explained to lady pleas put dressing on the salad and a little cup of extra on the side even though she typed no dressing on salad side only. The panini came out cold, cheese wasnt even melted just grilled enough for grill marks. My baguette was frozen in the middle. When the lady took the cookies out of the case she broke one in half. So I got 1.5 cookies and would not give the broken part or another cookie to me. Worst experience I have ever had at Panera bread and I will never come to this one again.

Only giving one start because it wont let me post otherwise. Panera is not worth one star or a dime of my money. Was my first experience eating at Panera Bread and was excited to try it out. Wish I hadnt. Paid $7 for a grilled cheese which consisted of plain white bread and a slice of American cheese. My kids hated it. Could have made something 100% better at home for a fraction of the cost. My $10 sandwich was small and unfulfilling. Had to go up to the counter to find my order, since they didnt call anything out. They left off a part of two of our orders. Paid $40 for four sandwiches and not a single member of my family is satisfied and were all still hungry. Huge ripoff.

Id say the staff mainly consists of immature, dirty looking, high school drop outs with attitude problems and lack of listening skills. Order is always wrong no matter how many chances I give this place. They always seem to be out of something. On popular nights this particular location is always extremely slow compared to others. Just rude and inconsiderate trashy employees. Go to a different Panera if you can.

Plan on waiting at least 15 - 20 minutes for your order. (We had two breakfast sandwiches) We go on Sundays as thats our cheat day but without going crazy... turkey sausage on egg whites with spinach... both sandwiches were wrong them was told that they never make them the way weve had then the last 3 weeks. Customer service is poor. Food is inconsistent. Although the manager did refund the food.

My mac n cheese was cold, took it back up and they said I needed to heat it in the microwave, really...its should of been hot initially....ordered a hot tea, water in warmer was cold. Had to wait till coffee was done before I could get hot water...waited and then the hot water tasted like coffee. Not very pleased with them at the moment. :(

I keep going back to give this Panera Bread another chance but it continues to be horrible. The only thing that saves me is that my kids love the broccoli cheddar soup but I am guessing this location has nothing to do with how good it tastes. The food they put out is such poor quality that I would rather go to a fast food restaurant.

I give up on this Panera. It seems like every one out of three times you go through the drive-through your order is wrong. The quality of salads have gone down as well. I think this location just gave up on customer service. Not going there any longer, especially now that there is a Kneaders opening up in town.

This location is horrible. I spent $15 on a pick 2 and they gave me a cup instead of a bowl of soup. They also didnt include my sandwich at all! So basically paid for a $15 small shot of soup. Unreal. Hope kneaders shuts these guys down. What a joke.

Not a good experience! My wifes salad was brown. And there was no dressing on her plate. My sons grilled cheese looked and tasted like they just toasted two pieces of bread then added cheese. My family and I will not eat here again.

Poor customer service. The place is filthy. I had to wipe down my own table. The seats in the booths are are ripped and need to be replaced. The tile on the wall has a hole in it. The place is a shambles!
